We called on a Monday about having our washer looked at. They were able to get us in the next morning at 8. Denis was very prompt, showed up a few minutes after 8. Communication was great once here. He explained everything very well and shared his concerns being out washer is 9 years old. He also explained the way pricing works with new models and at what point we would just replace it based on the cost of repairs. One of the parts actually was cheaper than he quoted, which makes having it repaired more reasonable. Both himself and Amy, who took my call were very professional and courteous, which is sadly unusual these days. I would highly recommend The Appliance Dr if your in need of their help.

Had a problem with our fridge and Denis came out the same day, figured out what wrong, went to get the part, and came back sand day. Problem fixed! We definitely will be using appliance doc in the future)

It was so easy to work with this company. They were able to come within 36 hours where as other company's were 2 weeks out! They came and took apart my dryer and showed me what was wrong. They explained everything to me. Gave me quote, and had the part on their van. Fixed it and cleaned it all up and very reasonably priced! Then on the way out I asked them to just check that my other dryer is ok too. They checked it and made a few adjustments and fixed a piece that needed a new screw and I did not get charged for the second dryer it was all very quick and very efficient and professional and I got a good lesson on maintenance and I am extremely happy with them and I definitely will not be calling anybody else. I bought my dryer from Mahlanders and when I bought it they said that part of their benefit to buy from them is that within 3 days they would always have my appliance serviced if I ever needed it and they are 2 weeks out if not longer to fix anything and I asked them about their 3-day policy and they said they can't find anybody to work and that the policy is no longer in effect. I was relieved to have my dryer working again so fast.
