Sadly, my washer is destined for the graveyard. Trey tried his best, but the transmission couldn't go another spin. He was very professional and explained things thoroughly. First time customer, I will use them again, and would recommend them to others.

Called to have my dryer fixed the knob came off and I was transferred to angie I was was given the estimate of ,$399 just to look at it I told them I did not wane it coated in gold but do I could dry my clothes

Rip-off alert. First day "using their services" , I took off work and their tech never showed up. Then the next day they came out to fix my nearly new washer. Tech said it was a switch but he didn't carry it on his van. When he returned a different day, the switch wasn't the fix, but now it's the motor. After asking for a more experienced tech, the guy came out and said that the previous tech must have removed a wire, because it was just hanging off the motor, but it was the control that is bad, and then just left. Shortly after, I called the owner. He said he was on his way to install the new board. I asked how much it was since we're nearing a new washer cost with the runaround his company gave me. He said "oh I don't know. Let me get out there and take a look ".
I wasn't home and couldn't be, but really needed my washer fixed. Expecting a call with a price for the board before he installed it, he just put the board in and left. AND THAT STILL DIDNT FIX IT!
The techs are just part pushers. They install components without getting updated customer approval. Stay far far far away.

Had a great experience. The initial call after submitting my request for an appointment was very friendly and accommodating. Communication was great to inform me of the time for the appointment and technician arrived on time. Technician (Sani) was able to diagnose and fix the problem (which was much larger than anticipated) at a very low cost. He went above and beyond expectations, stayed longer than anticipated, and made sure everything was taken care of and put back to the way it was before he arrived and cleaned up after. I would definitely call Sani again!

Not such a positive experience. Paid the $125 service call to have our dryer checked. The service tech tried turning on the dryer..said”yep it’s the motor”. Quoted us $800 to repair. I had a positive experience. The gentleman was professional and did a good job. I appreciated the fact that he showed me how lint can build up inside the dryer unit. He answered all of my questions and gave me some useful tips. I've had the guys out before on our other appliances. I've always been pleased. They are my go to guys for when something unexpected comes up on our appliances. I recommend them for sure.

Iman was my technician. He is very polite respectful and prepared. He had the knowledge to repair my dryer and he brought all the parts specific to my dryer.

Mr. appliance came to fix my ice dispenser on my refrigerator. My technician was very courteous.Showed up on time and did a good job. Ihad some problems with the billing which the Mr appliance staff resolved for me in a satisfactory way. i will use them again.
Just as a precaution I will get a quote before any work begins to avoid any billing issues.
