RJ was very polite and went above and beyond! He was here to fix our icemaker and when he pulled out our refrigerator he asked for a broom and dustpan and cleaned the floor as well! He was courteous and kept me informed with what he was doing. Thanks for the prompt service!

Had an ice machine down. Called 3-4 companies. No one worked on them. Got ahold of Mr. Appliance. Joe came out same day and diagnosed it, got a part ordered and installed first thing Monday morning. I WILL be calling for more work in the future. Thanks Joe!!

Viatcheslav, the technician came out on a brutally cold morning and was very efficient accommodating and friendly. He repaired our stove and even did a little extra to help with a panel. We were very impressed. It was under warranty and the cost was totally covered.

Extremely overpriced. $400 for a water valve replacement in a dishwasher that took 15 minutes. Definitely shop around for quotes as they are the most expensive in town. Asked for a breakdown of price on the receipt and was told it would be in the email- that wasn’t the case.

We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours of our oven breakdown. Technician Sani provided outstanding service. He explained that using the self-cleaning feature in my oven caused the heating element to burn out. The repair seems high-priced. It would be helpful to see the cost breakdown of the parts that were ordered for the repair.

Technician Sani displayed exceptional skill and professionalism while repairing and reinstalling our dishwasher. He arrived on time, conducted a precise assessment, and corrected issues left behind by the home builders who had rushed the original installation. The unit had been uneven and mounted incorrectly to the island, but Sani took the time to level and secure it properly without the need for screws. The result was a tight, balanced, and perfectly fitted installation that exceeded expectations.

His attention to detail, technical knowledge, and pride in workmanship reflect great credit upon himself and the Mr. Appliance team. Sani represented the company with integrity, respect, and dedication to excellence. His work was efficient, disciplined, and far above the standard.

I had two things done. My refrigerator stopped working. Viacheslav was the technician. He repaired a small freon leak. The leak was too small to see with the naked eye so something was put in the line to seal up the small leak and recharged with Freon. He guarantees his work for one year. I’m still waiting for the refrigerator to cool down. He said if it did not cool down to temperature to give him a call back. It doesn’t appear to be cooling down real quickly so I may need to call him back.
The dryer was spotless and looked brand new after it was cleaned. The drum had to be removed so the housing could be cleaned as well. Sami, the technician, pulled everything apart to clean it. He showed me what it looked like before and after cleaning it. He was very polite. The only thing that I didn’t like was a small chip in the paint and sheet rock. It isn’t real large so the touch up should be fairly easy. I have attached a picture. Apparently when the dryer was pulled out or push back in, the corner of the dryer hit the wall putting a nick in the paint and sheet rock. I understand the work space is tight and doesn’t give a lot of room to work. This won’t impact me hiring him again to clean it in a year like it should be. I had the dryer for 5 years and never had it cleaned. Because it needed more extensive cleaning, it cost more. Cleaning it regularly would reduce the cost. Thank you Sani.

Denise K at The Appliance Dr was phenomenal !!! Not only didn't he arrive right away at 9am, he quickly diagnosed the refrigerator's issue. He then returned early that afternoon, and was able to install the replacement part in 10 minutes. Machine was making ice within the hour. I'd recommend Appliance Dr in a heartbeat !!!
