Trey did a very good job. He explained what was wrong and gave me an estimate for repairs. He went to get the part and was prompt in returning to make the repair.

Ivan was wonderful! Very thoughtful and thorough. Communicated with me all along the way through a somewhat unusual repair and got my washer all fixed!

I called Midtek on a Thursday evening. Jared was out the very next day. I got easy and friendly service scheduling. I prefer the old fashioned way of talking to someone instead of everything online so that was definitely a plus. After I did schedule someone, it was as easy with text message reminders and updates. My technician, Jared, was also friendly, prompt, knowledgable, and professional and answered any questions I had. He left my house saying if I had any more questions/concerns to just call. I will be using Midtek for my future appliance repairs.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Midtek. I called about an issue with my oven and Jared came out the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and was able to get the new part and replace it that same morning. I would definitely recommend this company.

Sunny from Midtek was professional, courteous, and quick fixing our refrigerator the day after christmas. While waiting for the fridge to start back up, he impressed our family with awesome piano playing. Highly recommended.

Are you kidding me!!! The kid did not do anything but agree with what we thought the problem is and tells what it would cost to fix. No diagnosis, didn’t even touch it. Was there 15 minutes, 5 minutes agreeing with what we told him what we thought the problem was and 10 minutes standing in our kitchen on the phone. All that “expert service” cost $169.00, what a joke. No way.

Sani was awesome! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and even gave me a few pointers! I can't believe how quickly he was able to get me back up and running!

Sani and his colleague were excellent. Very careful to deep clean our icemaker after repairing the water valve.

Ken and Ivan were unequivocally some of the best service reps we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Incredibly friendly, transparent, and prompt. Really felt taken care of and although we’re just renters right now, I would 110% bring my service needs to Midtek once we’re homeowners.

Midtek service tech Trey, showed up as scheduled and was very courteous and took great care removing the plastic panels on our new refrigerator. Diagnosed a faulty solenoid valve and ordered it on the spot. He figured it would be about 4-5 days to get the part but two days later he lets us know he had the part and was ready to install it. Everything is working as it should and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend Midtek Appliance Repair.

They fixed my dryer and were able to come and diagnose same day (Friday - had to order a part for the machine) then arrived on Monday and fixed the issue!

I will never hire or tell anyone to hire this company again. Their technician, Trey, was very friendly good though. I would hire him in a heartbeat. I had them install a baking element in my oven. I took everything apart and all they had to do was slide the element in the oven. They told me on the phone that it would be a $129 service call and $50 travel fee. The service call would go towards the repair price though. Trey came out and slid the element in, said I wish I could charge you less, and gave me a bill for $420. When I talked to the owner, he was rude and manipulative. I did talk him down some though. I will never hire thiscompany again. .

Suni was very polite and helpful finding what was wrong and getting part ordered..for the repair-After a late start, which wasn't his fault, Ivan was very efficient, super nice and polite..he will probably be coming back to fix water dispenser/ice maker. As refrigerator has to cool down for 24-48 hrs, can't say if ok yet..but sure it's good.

We called about a burner not working on our stove. About three hours later, Jared arrived to address the issue. He was pleasant and professional …. very thorough in his explanation of the problem and patient in answering our questions. The problem was fixed by the time he left. We will contact Midtek again if needed in the future.

Called late in the afternoon with a problem with my washing machine and they were able to come look the next day. They ordered the necessary part and were able to quickly get the part and fix the machine the following day. Jared was wonderful and obviously experienced, and such fast service. I used them a few years ago also, and received great service at that time as well. Very satisfied.

We had a wonderful experience with Midtek. Scheduling was easy online. The techs showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. Ivan went above and beyond to help us. We're glad to have our freezer in working condition again!

We have used Midtek twice this year - once for our fridge door, and another for our washing machine. Jared and Sani helped us with our repairs, and were responsive, knowledgeable, and did great work. We really appreciated how quickly Midtek fit us into their schedule and worked with us on availability, despite some problems with parts arriving on time. We are very happy with our Midtek technicians and will be using them for any future issues (but hopefully not!). After Sani wrapped up his repair, he played our baby grand for me, which was such a treat. Thank you, Midtek!!

Ivan was very polite and professional in his service. He took the time to make sure my refrigerator/freezer was fully repaired taking extra time to do so. My only complaint and this is not against him. But the company truck left several oil spots on my driveway. And I’m not sure the amount I paid the previous day was subtracted on my bill.

We have had Midtek twice now and have been pleased with the service both times. Jerad was knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely ask for him again!

We had a technician (Sunny) come out to repair our refrigerator, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Our refrigerator is working perfectly now, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.
