Central Plains Bat Removal is a company full of integrity and genuinely care about their clients. We discovered late one night we had bats in our new home. I filled out an online request for a quote and the next morning I received a call from John, the owner, and John and Sean were able to come that morning to inspect things. They were honest and genuinely cared about doing the best work, not just patch work. I appreciated their down to earth nature and honest assessment and reasoning for things. I had Nick Hossle for my appointment, and I was very pleased with his professionalism and service. He was prompt, he explained the process before going into my attic and checking for bats, and he asked if he could keep his boots on while working (my appointment was a warm day in January and we both had wet feet). When he didn't find any bats, he still took the time to take a picture of a possible leak in my siding and showed me. I would definitely recommend CP Bat Mitigation to people in the future.

Austin got me a much needed appointment next day. My inspector texted me before he showed up which was considerate. Inspection was thorough he even showed me some popped nails on my roof to be aware of.
I chose not to go forward because I had flooding in the basement that far exceeded my budget so I had to decide what needed the first priority. Great company and wonderful employees…..

We woke up to a bat in our bedroom and we found CP Bat Mitigation. They were fast and professional and really work with you. Austin did a fantastic job! Also their truck has little bats on it which is unimportant, but very cute. Highly recommend them for bat removal.

Updated: 3/24/2025. If your in a town that does not have city services to remove the bats that come into your living quarters, then CP Bat Mitigation is not the company to use.

We did receive compensation for the bats in our living quarters, hence the change from 1 star to 3. If you live in a town that has animal control, then CP Bat Mitigation will be able to get the bats out of your attic. We do not have the tools to humanely remove the bats in our living quarters. Hopefully we can rid our house of the bats in our home with another company.

Had we not had the negative issues of bats in our living quarters and known that it's our responsibility to get them out of our house on our own, we would have given them a 5 star like everyone else. We had a not so good experience.

The company was asked to send an invoice to our insurance company for us to get reimbursement. The owner stated that his company did us a favor in doing this and should not write a bad review because they went above their normal service to send our insurance company a detailed invoice.

It took repeated phone calls and numerous texts and we still have bats coming into our living quarters. They stated that it's up to us to remove the bats from our living quarters and they only remove them from the attic. I can't speak to this issue as I have no clue who's responsibility it is to get them out of our rooms, evidently it's us according to CP Bat Mitigation.

Our small town does not offer bat removal services, so if you do hire CP Bat Mitigation, it is your problem to remove the bats from your home, unless they are only in the attic.

I know my wife isn't real happy about sleeping with bats in our bedroom. Can't say it's my choice of sleeping mates.

This was our 2nd time using this company. We will never use CP Bat Mitigation if we need to have bats removed in the future. We have no idea if they will return to remove the bats. $900 out of our pockets and our responsibility moving forward, hopefully they will honor the good faith contract.

Then when they came back to bat proof my home, it took less than an hour to get everything installed. It has been six months, and we haven't had a bat since! Everyone involved was super friendly and they were able to work around my busy schedule and still get the job done faster than I was expected. If I have problems with bats at my next house, I definitely know who I will be calling!

These guys are amazing! They did a total inspection of our home and totally put us back in the comfort zone!! We have some minor carpenter work to complete but otherwise we are so pleased with the service and professionalism!!
