I cannot recommend CP Bat Mitigation enough! Nick came to my home the same day I put in a request. He showed me all of the places of entry and signs of bats that he found. He was thorough and took his time. He provided a quote before he left my home and the work was completed 2-3 weeks later. They warranty their work for multiple years or until you have roof work done. I am very pleased with the experience I had and the work they completed. The only thing that could’ve been improved is getting pictures of the work completed since it is in tough to reach/see places. Highly recommend this company!

Look the reality is, home owners are allowed to dispose of bats without preserving them. But we all know they are very important to a bug free quality life. So you search high and low for a bat company. Someone who will actually deal with the bats, and not try to sell you extras unless you need or want them. That's CP Bat Mitigation. Honest, and complete. I even got a great set of photos, and a tip to call my roofing specialist for missing shingles. You can't beat it. Nick was awesome.

He took pictures and explained exactly what he saw and what he thought was going on. Nick suggested a practical solution and we are continuing to monitor the situation. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and good at exterminating bats. Service was as quick as lightning, and the bats were gone in a few days. Very good service to get rid of those pesky bats.

We’ve had Orkin servicing our lake property since we bought it 15 years ago. It had been vacant for sometime and the very large spiders had taken over the exterior. We’ve been spider free for 15 years. The service has been excellent. I would highly recommend them!

I have used orkin for years in 2 different homes. The Sioux Falls location is getting harder and harder to work with. I had to reschedule last week because I am not supposed to have treatments before I can be home at 530. So she rescheduled me for today between 530/6. Got a text saying they will be there at 4 today. I called and they offered to reschedule again but this could continue to happen. So I will be looking for someone local at this point.

Orkin has been wonderful. When I had a fraternity party of mice at my house, they took care of the situation and evicted the critters. The follow-up has been excellent. My parents used Orkin for decades, and I am continuing the tradition because of the excellent service.
