Ashton provided our bi-monthly service this morning. She is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient as we had a few questions. As typical, we received a reminder the evening before and a text message 20 prior to our appointment. We are very happy with the results we get from Orkin.

Orkin has worked super well for us. Every time they have come out to spray for bugs, etc., they have helped to greatly control the current pest problem. And their prices are very reasonable for the seasonal program that we are on. Thank you for another great treatment today.

The service was good, but scheduling could use some work. After setting my appointment date and time via text it was rescheduled without asking my preference of date and time. No one contacted me to let me know the appointment had been changed so I sat home waiting for them to show up. I’ve used them in the past and have not had this kind of issue with scheduling before.

Just some tiny issues with paperwork.
I’m a repeat customer. Had Orkin in CA 3 homes and now 1 home on SD. Needed name updated and They had a typo on the address. However Randy was so nice , he knew his job and did it perfectly. He pointed out something that wb s problem later for my hvac. But another man for that issue. lol.

Anyway the best pert control Is highly recommended

Our current technician, Randy, is fabulous. He has had our account for a decade, but I even knew I could trust him from the start; He does enter the house when we are not present per our request.
He understands that we have three pets that roam the house and that has never been a a problem. They’ve always been welcoming to see him so I know that he treats them as well when I’m gone is when I am home.
Orkin has a good product but for me, knowing that I can trust Randy when I am gone, is the real benefit.

We are a first time client of Orkin and have had nothing short of quality service from Orkin's technicians. Ashton helped me with a scheduling question I had and rather than simply tell me to call in Ashton went the extra step to place the call and answer the questions I had!

We had a great experience with our initial service and inspection with Orkin. They found some issues with bat's in the attic but effectively provided a remedy to ensure the issue wold be resolved! Antoni was the inspector and Christopher was the technician. I highly recommend them as they take time to ensure you completely understand the work performed!! Highly recommend this company

Showed up on time sprayed house exterior for box elder and stink bugs. Five days later returned and resprayed because there was no difference in infestation. Two days later, still no difference. I called and was told they would come a third time the following week. I asked if they were going to do anything different and was told no. I asked why the results would be different doing the same thing? Obviously, doesn’t work and I would like a refund. Was told a manager would call me. That was a week ago, no call.
