Akouri Consulting Engineers did a full home inspection for me when I bought a house this year. The report was very fast and excellent price! The engineers are very experienced and talented. I highly recommend.

The Akouri team is very neat in their work and presentation, fast and efficient. They went outside the comfort zone to get things done better. I am grateful for their work because they also are honest.

Very good firm, easy to work with and made the 40-50 year inspection process very easy for an inexperienced HOA. The date selected for the review was far enough out so that I had a week to prepare the condo for its review by hiring a handyman and ladder to be available for climb on roof. May not have needed to do that, so advise you check first. Also had time to arrange for required number of apts to be available for entry by the Engineer. I didn’t even know we had an attic but fortunately an upstairs apt that was inspected had an attic and it was accessible. All and all a very good experience and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this team. Fortunately we passed with zero requirements. We do have some maintenance issues to be taken care on our schedule. Happy campers are we!!

Akouri Consulting is an amazing engineering company! They delivered what I needed not less not more. The structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical plans were approved with the City of Fort Lauderdale, and I just picked the permit. Now I am ready to start the construction. It was a pleasure to work with George, Val, Victor, Fadi, and others. Even I faced some challenges, they made it work for my project. So creative and innovative. Thank you for your help! My contractor walked off the job having poured concrete without city approval, so after trying many engineering firms without success I contacted Akouri. From the outset they were very responsive and professional and I knew this was the right firm to engage. My initial experience was confirmed. Whenever I called for an inspection they responded the next day with comments, observations and work not up to standard. As soon as corrections were made, they were back to pass the work and issue their written sealed report. Unknown to them, I am a qualified civil engineer from another country, so I can verify on every comment made they were absolutely correct and practical.

There is no doubt, that Akouri Consulting is the firm to use for all your Engineering needs. Top marks to them they have earned their 5 Star rating!

Excellent customer care has been offered to me from the first phone conversation that I had with Fadi. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I had many to ask. I felt very comfortable to move forward with using Akouri for my architectural plans. George and the Akouri engineers and electrician are always prompt, courteous and very conscious about wearing PPE if and when we met to discuss plans. And again, always ready to answer my questions and requests in such a reassuring, prompt and quality manner.

I called Akouri Consulting Engineers regarding a structural assessment for our Condo building and was immediately provided with a timeframe and price for the structural assessment we needed. They were able to match and beat a competitor's proposal both on price and turnaround time. George came the very next day after we called, he was punctual and got to work right away. The report was in our inbox the same day as the inspection (1 day after we called), and George took the time to explain his findings and recommendations in a professional but understandable way. I wish all professional businesses were like this. 5 Stars to these guys!

Don is a great engineer—very knowledgeable and experienced, and always comes up with helpful ideas and practical solutions. His pricing is fair, and he gets things done quickly and accurately, especially for permit applications.
