I am the facility manager for Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Tamarac FL and to pass our 25 year state inspection we hired SkyFrame Engineering Corp • 4000 Hollywood Blvd Ste 555-S Hollywood FL, 33021 to do the inspection.
Kristina Akouri, P.E. of their Structural Engineering Department did the actual inspection that took a little over an hour. Kristina was very professional in her thorough inspection and I would give her and her firm an A+.

I highly recommend Akouri Consulting Engineers. Besides doing a very thorough job on the Phase 1 inspection they also went the extra 10 miles helping rescue a deal that almost fell through. They really care about their clients.

I made an appointment for a structural engineer and my appointment was at 11:00 am. I was there early so I waited at 11 am he was not there (George) and was not answering the phone. He showed up 45 minutes late with his wife and a terrible attitude he even spoke to her like she was trash, there were some cracks in a home I was purchasing that needed to be addressed so I proceeded to show him the cracks he came to the other side of the home and told me the back of the home was not permitted, I said ok what about the cracks? Without checking anything George told me the place had a drainage problem and that it wasn't level to the street, I said ok how do you know this he says I can tell. Before he came I had did a little research on my own which told me what a structural engineer would check for in the attic in the home he did none of this he took 4 pictures and told me a bogus story without checking nothing every question I asked he said "I think " I went and checked the premits on building everything was good and I hired someone else who took 45 minutes instead of 2 minutes and told me exactly what was wrong (nothing) the building was old and had some settling cracks he SHOWED me how and why he also told me what he was looking for when he came inside and checked.(something George never did) yes I payed a lot more but I got answers I understand and proof for his claim. He just wants to make a quick dollar in two minutes just get a REAL COMPANY!
