I had an incredible stucco job completed by Morrison Constructors. Super professional and efficient! I’m so glad I ended up going with them it was all around a great experience and would definitely use them if I ever needed work done in the future.

Morrison Constructors did an excellent job with our balcony waterproofing and minor stucco repairs. From start to finish the experience was smooth and professional. Communication with their office manager, Aimee, was outstanding. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond. Rafael and his crew were punctual, detail-oriented, and delivered top-notch results. Our balcony looks fantastic, and we feel confident in the work that was done. I highly recommend Morrison Constructors for anyone needing reliable and skilled service.

Was recently recommended to Morrison Constructors for stucco repair and was very pleased with their work. Did an amazing job in a timely manner. 100% recommend them.

Two years ago i used Steve Morrison and Morrison Construction on a large stuccoed house we purchased in Pacific Beach. There were many defects in the building envelope and Steve personally met with me to figure out the issues. He was great in this analysis phase! We then developed a plan to do some exploratory demo and then developed a plan to do the repairs and then to re-stucco the entire house and re-waterproof the 3 decks over structure. Steve prepared a cost estimate which he did an excellent job of sticking with in spite of some changes and adjustments to the scope of work. All the work done was top notch start to finish and they also did excellent clean up after the work. I highly recommend Steve and Morrison Construction as a firm you can trust with judgement, pricing, personality and expertise!

Working in real estate, I deal with a lot of different companies for my clients, and our experience with our own home with McDermott truly stood out across the board - not just in superior quality of workmanship, but in responsiveness, communication, and understanding. Remediating new construction was something we didn't expect to deal with, but we feel we could not have been in better hands for the remediation than we were with McDermott.

Good

The McDermott construction company is very professional, prompt and great to work with. Special mention to Andrew McDermott. We had an a wonderful experience with them. Highly recommended!

McDermott Construction remediated the stucco on my Malvern home. They multiple wrapped and replaced it with Hardy Artesian and stone up the chimneys and around the house to match the front. They also changed all doors and windows. So it was a big job and they were extremely efficient, professional and most of all attentive to details of perfection. And this was done during COVID.

They also painted inside and left everything perfect when the job was done. It felt like I was working with a part of my family that cared which is rare in the business world! The owner Andy was on-site most of the time and just a pleasure to deal with as well as the other employees who are too numerous to name. In my opinion they are the best choice if one needs any or all of this this done!

I can't say enough great things about McDermott Construction, but I will try to tell it all here. We had our stucco removed, new stone and siding installed, mold removed from behind bathroom shower and laundry walls- then those rooms rebuilt and repainted and front porch rebuilt. It was so easy working with Andy McDermott and his brother, Tony. Right from the beginning, Andy set up a very informative planning meeting with my husband and me. He kept us informed of every step of the remediation process, if we had had questions or concerns, he responded and took action quickly. The workers were diligent, well-trained, non-stop and considerate. I was so impressed with their work ethic and their tolerance for extreme heat and cold. They did not "mess around," arriving punctually, working hard until their quick lunch time, then back to work until quitting time. I rarely saw any worker hanging around on the phone or stalling. AND, they always cleaned up after themselves. Unbelievable in this day and age! Our job required some outside contractors and experts who were also very competent. It was difficult living inside a "fishbowl" but the crew did their best to give us notifications and privacy. To top it off, the itemized punch list was completed, and they cleaned all of the windows of dust and dirt. We love our house again!

We had the pleasure of working with Andy during our whole house stucco remediation project. Throughout the entire project we found Andy's team to be very professional, prompt and on top of all the work. The on site manager, workers, supervisors and all team members would show up on time and work diligently with minimal disruption to our daily lives. They were very clean and did not leave a mess at the end of the day. The whole project took 3 - 4 months to complete and if we had to do another project we would pick McDermott construction anytime!
