Stucco Contractor reviews across the US

We worked with Ryan and his team (our main contact was Keith) for a stucco remediation at our home that started in December and took about a month to complete. Our initial interactions with Keith and Ryan were great, they were responsive and answered our questions.
The work they did was solid (pictured), and so far has held up well, however we found out this week that at some point during the remediation process, our previously well-functioning A/C unit (which is directly below the scaffolding the crew put up) was no longer working. A heating & cooling company came out and found the copper refrigerant line was pulled up and broken (pictured), with refrigerant and oil spilled all over the ground. This was not something that was ever brought to our attention when it happened, and the line is in such a place that it would be very difficult for anyone to have accidentally bumped it if they didn’t climb over the unit to the back side.
We are working with Ryan now try and get the issue fixed, but definitely something that was a disappointing to find out after the fact.

Update:
Did get in touch with Ryan, who offered to pay for the repair of the AC unit. Ultimately, we went with replacing the unit due to how many pieces needed to be replaced, and Ryan made well on his promise to pay the credit towards replacement. Overall, I have no complaints about the stucco remediation and roof deck build he did for us, only this unfortunate complication. Refreshingly, it was resolved within a week of being made aware of the issue.

The team at Gormley Construction did a fantastic job with my French door installation and siding replacement. The team is friendly and extremely professional and they were a pleasure to work with during this complex project.

The Gormley Construction team performed a full exterior wall envelope replacement on our home including removal of all stucco & trim, removal, flashing & reinstallation of all windows, installation of new insulation, sheathing and a combination of new stucco & Hardie panel siding & trim. The job was a huge undertaking but Ryan, Keith & team did an incredible job of identifying & investigating any issues, dealing with existing conditions (not easy on a 100+ year old house) and working with us to make our vision come to life.

Ryan was great to work with from the beginning, reviewing our design ideas, talking through our various options and proposing suggestions. He was on site on a regular basis checking on the progress and quality of the work and reviewing any issues with us.

Keith and his team were very professional, kept the property clean throughout the project, and were respectful of our home. Keith did an excellent job of reviewing issues with us as they arose and went above and beyond to ensure that the final product was of the highest quality.

The project did take longer than initially expected but the team was on site regularly and worked diligently to complete the work in a timely manner while maintaining a high quality of craftsmanship and without added cost.

We are very pleased with the final product and enjoying the peace of mind that comes with a weathertight home. I would highly recommend Gormley Construction to anyone looking to undertake a large scale stucco removal/replacement project.

Ryan was incredible to work with. His colleague, Keith, was as professional as it gets and the team did an amazing job on my house. I contacted Gormley Construction for remediation of the stucco on my townhouse, and from the beginning they were very responsive and professional. Ryan Gormley contacted me himself shortly after I placed my first call and left a message. He was helpful in giving me advice on how to proceed, and then followed up with me after a couple weeks. I had gotten quotes from other companies and all were in a similar ballpark, but I was impressed with Gormley and went with them, and so glad I did! Ryan maintained good and prompt communication throughout the process, and once the work started everything went smoothly and on schedule. Everyone was great and the workers were at my house early and working hard all day. The cost was very reasonable and final result is that my stucco looks fantastic! The neighbor even commented on how great it looks. If you want quality work and a reliable, responsive company then go with Gormley Construction!

Gormley did a great job remediating a bad stucco problem we discovered when buying a home. Their quote was very competitive and they did wonderful work. We have close neighbors and Gormley was attentive to that at all times. Everyone on site was great and worked hard to get the job done on schedule. The owner was easy to work with and delivered on some great new siding.

Gormley was great to work with. We needed to remove a 40+ year old picture window and fix rotted siding that was allowing water to infiltrate our home. Ryan was very knowledgeable and worked with us to find the best solution for is. Keith and his crew were courteous and respectful of our home. Our realtor insisted on a stucco inspection when we bought our home, and thank god she did... total rot from the top down. She had worked with Gormley Construction before and connected us during the closing process. Not only did Ryan come out under tight time constraints to quote the job for our seller credit negotiations, but they performed a phenomenal job when it came time to remediate.

It looks like a totally new home (replaced the stucco with fiber cement siding and replaced all the windows on the front of our home).

They were fast, professional, and as far as my untrained eye can tell, superior craftsmen as well. Keith, our foreman, became a mainstay in our home for the 10 days they were working... so much so my daughter still asks when he's coming back.

If that's not a personal touch, I don't know what is!

Ryan Gormley and his crew did stucco remediation on our home. Ryan gave us a quick and fair estimate for our job. Ryan is very professional and always answers his phone if you contact him. When the job started , the crew came daily and worked from 7 am until dark. The skills of his crew were excellent. Every crew member worked focused and tirelessly each day. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up everything. The crew’s forman Keith was at our home each day. Keith answered any questions we had, he kept us up to date on the progress, he made the project run smoothly. ProStone was contracted to apply a fiberglass mesh and a smooth stucco finish coat to the rear side of my 3 story house in the city. Radovan texted me the night before to confirm time (730 am). They were on time and completed the work on time. Explained the process and reviewed work after completion. Great work and fair price. Would recommend ProStone.

I used them twice, once on a project of 15 K and on another for 3,000 and they do schedule and show up for both estimates and work in professional manner, regardless of the job size.
