I’m so grateful to be a customer of the ASP Service and their team of ‘Ninja’ guys. I call them ‘Ninja’ guys because they come in, do an amazing service, and quietly leave. Totally professional. I so appreciate what they do especially in this heat.
Whether it’s KP , Caleb, or any ASP Ninja , I’m happy to be part of this amazing group of people.

Caleb did an excellent job. A lot of algae from the rain was a challenge, however, he left the pool sparkling clean. ASP employees are hard workers with great work ethics. Having him on the ASP team is a great advantage.

KP always does an amazing job. He was so quiet and quick. He was in and out doing an exceptional job. ASP strives to give the best service. A true professional that knows what to do and what it takes to accomplish it. The crew at ASP, no matter the problem, big or small, is always there for you.

Kerrick always does excellent work. Good man to have on your team.

The guys did an awesome job on my pool. The humidity is high and makes working outside uncomfortable. They had the pool sparkling in no time. I can always depend on ASP to do an outstanding job. The employees are hard workers, professionals and very polite. I look forward to seeing them as I know they are dependable and honest. I never have to worry when KP is here. My pool is in great hands.

ASP is always here and on time, KP does a great job. I never have to worry whether he’ll leave the pool in a clean, sparkling and excellent condition. So glad he’s part of the ASP family. Best pool business ever. He worked overtime dealing with the many leaves. Left the pool in exceptional condition as usual.

Zack does an absolutely amazing job when he comes to service the pool. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to assure I am satisfied with the service. The pool is cleanest I have ever seen it specifically after his visit.

It's often said, first impression is the best impression.....i'm a new customer and my first encounter with Charlie was pretty good.

I can give a better review after dealing with Charlie (ASP) longer than one service.

Great service. Doug was able to come out fairly quick and had my heater running again. No hidden prices or ridiculous up charges like other companies wanted to charge. Fair pricing and great service. Will definitely use again.

Doug came out to take a look at our pool pump that was sounding terrible. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and a solution. He also took the time to explain different types of pool chemicals and the damage can have to pool surface and system.

Doug was very professional
and provided a thorough assessment of our pool needs. He took the time to answer our questions and provided detailed options and fees in a timely matter. We have found our long term pool maintenance company! Highly recommend ASP, Doug, and his team!

My pool went completely dark green to black! I was in search of a pool company that would assess the situation and provide a fix. I called ASP Swimming Pools for help. The owner of the company, Doug, arrived promptly at the time scheduled and looked everything over. Doug is not only knowledgeable but is very personable and assured me his team could get my pool back to sparkling clean again! I am so relieved and thankful to Doug and look forward to meeting his team and having the pool brought back to life!

24 hrs after Doug's visit my pool hasn't looked this good for a long time! Pictures coming tomorrow.

My pool looks better than ever, thanks to ASP professionals like KP, Tracy and others. Their weekly cleaning and chemical balancing is awesome. They’re also very quick to respond to calls for help when issues arise, and to correct any issues. Highly recommend ASP for all pool/spa related services.

Doug and Jeremy were very professional and took the time to explain the work I am needing and wanting done. Doug went above and beyond to give me a crash course of the chemicals I needed after he tested the water. Since I am a first time owner of a pool, he even explained how the valves work on and around the pump work and how to prime the pump! 10+ Stars for these two fantastic guys! I highly recommend this company and ask for Doug & Jeremy in the Schertz and surrounding areas!

Brandon did a very good job! His attention to detail was very impressive and seemed genuinely interested in doing the best possible job cleaning my pool. An aside, his truck was well organized and showed his appreciation for detail. Looking forward to seeing him weekly!

America's Swimming Pool is phenomenal! Ray does a fantastic job every week. I never worry he won't show up and the pool is sparkling when he leaves :) ASP has exceptional customer service, reasonable prices and quality service. I love 'em!!

I tried to keep up with the pool cleaning and maintenance on my own. I wish I would have scheduled with ASP sooner!
They are consistent, great communication, Brandon works his butt off and doesn’t cut corners! What a difference!!!

Where do I start with this experience?Although the initial visit was promising...there was absolutely no follow on service provided. I called 20 times after the initial visit to get updates on the supposed ordered fittings and pipes. How long does it really take to get pvc pipes to repair a leak? A rep (S Peeler) took photos and opened up the fittings causing it to leak worse as a result. Next, 4 weeks of follow on calls with no results. Every completed call was someone saying the owner would be doing this or that. Why couldn't you (owner) just go to a local pipe provider or even call back to say that you were going to fix the leak or not! That's the least you could have done. I would definitely not recommend this company. Shout out to Blissful Waters Pool Company for completing the task from initial inspection to repaired in a short 3 days!

Doug & Shawn did a great job installing our auto chlorinated and gaskets needed yesterday for our community pool. Would recommend ASP pool company. Suggest improving communication, hard to get a question answered, but they do excellent work.

Absolutely love having Tom stop by and help take care of our pool. He's amazing and we greatly appreciate him! Thank you ASP!

This pool company is great! The guys that came, Zac and Sean, were absolutely friendly, and professional. They assured us the pool was ready for use, and they would be back each week to maintain the pool. So far, I'm happy. It was a great start to what I hope will be a continuing relationship! Thanks guys, see you soon!
