Doug & Shawn did a great job installing our auto chlorinated and gaskets needed yesterday for our community pool. Would recommend ASP pool company. Suggest improving communication, hard to get a question answered, but they do excellent work.

This pool company is great! The guys that came, Zac and Sean, were absolutely friendly, and professional. They assured us the pool was ready for use, and they would be back each week to maintain the pool. So far, I'm happy. It was a great start to what I hope will be a continuing relationship! They were recommended to install our new pool liner. When I had a question, they answered quickly. I would definitely use them again, but let's hope I don't have to!

Pool looked great for about 6 months but the last 3-4 months either the pool tech didn’t know how to clean the pool or claimed the gate was locked when it wasn’t so they wouldn’t have to clean it

I've been using this company for about 6 months now and I had to cancel the service today. This company is very expensive for what you pay for. I was paying $270 a month for a small shallow pool to be cleaned which I do feel they were taking advantage of me like most contractors do in this area but considering some of the other pool cleaning companies in the area are a lot worse I sucked it up and paid their price hoping for better service. On top of that they will not clean your pool if it rains outside, they say it's due to potential lightning even though there's no lightning. In fact today I spent 20 minutes outside today talking to the pool cleaners about another potential pool issue and there was no bad weather at the time so that excuse is just a plain out lie and flat out laziness.. Instead of them rescheduling cleaning of your pool they take your money and you have to wait until the next service appointment for it to be cleaned and heaven forbid it rains on that day. I will admit that this company is better than a lot of the other companies in the area but it is just unethical for them to continuously bill you full rate without cleaning your pool and then find every excuse possible to not do the service. I know it doesn't rain much in this area but when it does they don't like to work but yet they will take your money which is already overpriced. I have no problem cleaning this pool by myself and that's exactly what I'm going to do and save myself nearly $300 a month doing it. Companies like this don't deserve our hard-earned money especially when you bring up them not cleaning your pool while being charged and then their response is an email with their "policy" attached that states they don't clean pools when weather is bad but bill you anyways, screw this company!

Terrible customer service. Pool was unswimmable for an entire month. They kept coming, no improvement. This picture is 4 days after a service call. When we reached we reached out to them, the owner, Tina, hung up on us. Very rude and unprofessional. We switched to a different company, who was able to clear it up in less than a week.

I was going to hire ASP for a one-time pool clean as I was moving on short-notice and the bottom of my pool was dirty. The representative convinced me to go with their monthly plan. In the three weeks that ASP serviced my pool, the only thing they seemed to do was add chemicals and empty the leaf trap. One week they did vacuum a corner of the pool, but otherwise after a month my pool is in more or less the same state it was prior. This means that now I have to spend one of my last weekends in TX cleaning my pool rather than enjoying the pool or spending quality time with family.

Do not recommend hiring them.

Front office is great. Zach has been servicing my pool and his attention to detail and communication can't be beat. Takes his time and makes sure it's always crystal clear!

So disappointed. We started off very hopeful that ASP would be able to do a good job on resurfacing our pool, fixing a few cracks in our flagstone coping, and maintaining our pool after the (very expansive) project. Tina and Doug were very helpful and responsive as we got started, but as soon as we’d paid 60% of our project (the day the begin) they were extremely difficult to get ahold of, pawned us off on sub-contractors we weren’t even aware of (Fiji pools), and stopped responding to any of our concerns unless money was involved. We should never have paid the final chunk until everything was done correctly, but they pressured us and had access to charge our CC. Bottom line, be very cautious when starting a big project with them. Do not pay the final amount until everything is completely done as you expect.

We were left with a leaking spa for 6 weeks, horrible grout work (sloppy and cracking) and damage to our flagstone, chipped plaster around our jets, and a green pool for a week after an expensive “startup”. Their communication throughout the project was so horrible. They’d show up for one day and then say nothing about the plan or show up for 5+ days. Most issues were eventually resolved, but our flagstone still looks much worse than before they “renovated” it and they refuse to do anything to make it right. Top photo js before and bottom photo is after ASP. We are disappointing and I don’t even know how to go about undoing their work. (Don’t be fooled by the pool deck and expansion joint improvements - thankfully another company did that for us). We’ve asked them to please consider how they can make it right, but they do not respond.

ASP resurfaced my pool last year and it’s incredible. The pool has never looked so good and the water is crystal clear. Highly recommend ASP for your pool service.

Dealt with Teresa who had every answer to our questions. Went with the 30' round pool and have loved every minute of it. When I have questions, she still takes time to answer me. Thanks Cryer Pools!!!

First let me say, the staff and customer service here gets 5 stars by itself. I was sold a broken/stolen unit from an individual and Cryer took the cleaner apart for free to give me an estimate. After finding out the unit would've cost almost $700 to repair, they truly felt bad for what I had gone through and offered me a new cleaner for less than the cost of the repair. Just so I would have something with a warranty and something that was new and dependable. I am officially using Cryer as my go to pool store and am leaving Leslie's for good. Their products are reasonably priced and they only sell you what you need. Thank you again for everything.

We are officially Cryer Pool owners of a 15×30 Quantum 54. Teresa is wonderful in helping to answer questions after set up. Mr. Rodriquez and his crew took 1 1/2 days to build everything went great, we were prior pool owners, which meant putting the new where the old one stood. We were pushed back two different dates due to the rain we had mid June but we understand they can not control the weather. Third time was the charm. Thank you for all your friendly service.

had to replace capacitor on pool pump; capacitor was replaced six months ago.

Getting our above ground pool from Cryer Pools & Spas was an awesome experience from beginning to end. Teresa was great to work with on helping us get the pool we wanted all the way to the installation process. I highly recommend these guys!

Our pool buying experience couldn't have gone any better. We went in thinking that we knew what we wanted (an oval pool) but was met with the pros and cons to what we wanted vs what was recommended (round). After all was said and done, we feel that we couldn't have made a better choice. Living in Liberty, we were going to be paying more for a typical chlorinated pool because of the contents of our water. We were recommended to offset the costs of chlorine by upgrading with the saltwater option. Let me just tell you, we couldn't be any more pleased with that decision! The purchase went smoothly and the installers were quick, informative and answered all questions we had as we were watching their every move of the install. We have no reservations on recommending Cryer Pools, as we had a dear friend purchase his pool the next day after our install. We also did a price comparison prior to purchase and found them to be well under the price of local competitors.
