Swimming Pool Contractor reviews across the US

Cole and his crew are great. Easy to work with. Had a few hurdles to jump over for us but they got it done!

These guys were so professional and took time everyday to say hello to my two toddlers who watched them during the whole process! Ideal pools not only did a great job they also were able to complete the job weeks ahead of original schedule! I look forward to using ideal pool in the future!

I am Trustee at Beacon Park Condominiums, Webster MA. Ideal has been instrumental in helping us to keep our pool running effectively for many years. Thank you to your team for making our job easier!!

These guys are the best in the business. From the owner to the guys that open and close my pool and to the staff in the store; all have met and exceeded my expectations. It is nice to deal with a company that is not only extremely competent and knowledgeable, but also responsive and understanding. I will keep working with Ideal as long as I have a pool.

Great customer service!! A tree fell on my pool during the winter crushing it. I needed a replacement pool for the spring. Matt provided me all options available, responded to each of my in depth questions in a timely manner, and ALWAYS retuned my calls.

The crew that removed my old pool and installed the new one were very professional, courteous, and also responsive to each of my questions.

The in-store staff also has been great! If you miss good old fashioned customer service and reasonable pricing, look no further. Ideal Pools IS A MUST for all your pool needs!!

April is very knowledgeable and professional! She is very out going and I would recommend this company for future services!

great place, professional with a hometown feel, we keep our pool open all year, we dont use any other service...great job

American swimming pool maintenance and cleaning team meets all of my expectations. Each employee is on time and gets the job done for my family and I go enjoy our pool trash and algae free.

Excellent service as always!

So friendly. As a new pool owner ASP has answered all of my questions and are making a stop to my house to explain how to use the filter!

Brandon is the best pool technician. So polite and professional. There is nothing ASP can’t do.

Brandon could not do a better job with my pool. Whenever there is an issue, he resolves it and keeps me apprised. Love Brandon and ASP 😎

ASP serviced my pool again today. I couldn't ask for better service. I'm so glad I found them!! Thank you ASP and your great staff!

Our pool recently had a weird powdery substance floating in it. ASP quickly came out, cleaned out the substance, diagnosed the problem, corrected it, and it hasn't been back since. Thank you!

April is Awesome. She helped me redesign my pool area and it looks great! I get so many compliments on it.

We were satisfied with this company initially. This year the service was terrible. Treated our salt water pool like it was a chlorine pool, left a mess when pool was serviced, did not make requested repairs without repeated requests. I do not recommend this company.

Great Service! Called on Monday and problem resolved on Tuesday! I love the email I immediately received after the problem was resolved which included details of the problem and what was done to fix it! Very impressed with the service!

This place is awesome..Always prompt and everything is always fixed... The service guy Scotty knows everything about pools. The ends and out of all pools... Candy in the office always checks my water and never tries to push things on me to buy... Great company

Could not be happier with our pool service. ASP is great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The pool is kept in great condition and they are quick to help us address problems when they come up.

Sharing a review on behalf of a friend’s home where I encountered tech-April! She was amazing. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Thanks Columbus pool service!

I have enjoyed the service provided and knowledge given. The staff is always nice and professional and know their way around pools.
