They found the hole and had it patched in no time in our above ground pool. Very professional and polite people to work with. I’ll update this post at the end of summer with a patch status update.

ARK came to check out a leak in the pool which was a former repaired crack in the steps. A temporary epoxy was placed over the crack and we are waiting to see how this holds & if any more water leakage appears over the next couple days. Hopefully, no further repairs will be needed.

Exceptional service. Great gentleman woh took the time to explain everything. They were very thorough with the leak detection and found leak. 30 day warranty in which a lot of companies don’t offer.

I had a leak in my pool which was super worrisome and had no luck getting other company’s to come out quickly, but Ark got me in within the week. The Boys that came were very professional and thorough! Fixed my leak at a reasonable price! Wouldn’t use anyone else for my pool needs.

These guys are awesome. You can feel free to look up my review of the other leak detection company in Columbus with a similar acronym (starts A.L. and ends with Detection). I only called these guys because the other ones were... not good.

Their trucks aren't quite as pretty as the other guys' (and I understand and appreciate not wasting money on brand new trucks and bright vinyl logos), but their service is a million times better.

Basically, they showed up in the winter, cold dived the pool, tested and re tested everything, and then fixed a patch that the other company had done. When the pool was continuing to lose water, I called them back. They came out and retested everything, pressure tested everything, dye tested everything, dived the pool again, and found that the main drains were leaking slightly because of a bad gasket. Guess how much they charged me for three trips out to find and fix the problem? ZERO. It was under their warranty. I honestly feel badly that I didn't pay.

On top of that, the guys were always pleasant and happy. Like they actually like their jobs. So I can only assume they are being paid fairly and treated well, which is always a decent thing.

I will, without hesitation, call these guys every time I have an issue with my pool.
