Electrical reviews in Bartlett, Tennessee

Spencer was so helpful. Put up all the tvs that were needed, super flexible on what he could do for us. Also helped us find our dog after he got out, even helped repair our fence. Highly recommend his services.

I am incredibly pleased with the work that Spencer put into mounting two televisions in my home. He provided great options for how to properly wire everything and was meticulous about making sure the finished product looked outstanding. I have no doubt that I will use him again for anything I want mounted and highly encourage you to work with him for whatever it is you need.

Update: Just had Spencer back out to help hanging some framed Grizzlies jerseys and portraits along a stairwell. He recommended the best brackets for the job and did an excellent job ensuring they were well placed. You should definitely hire him for any mounting work you have!

These guys are great. I needed a TV mounted ASAP. Spoke with Spencer in the morning, explained what I needed and they were able to perform same day service. My office is very busy and we normally have customers in our waiting area. He came after business ours provided all hardware needed. The cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned my tv and all wires prior to mounting. Top notch quality and service highly recommend.

Great Job !!!! I love the work Spencer did it was a very wonderful experience. He remounted our TV above our fireplace by doing some adjustments lowering it above our soundbar and concealing all the wires. I would highly recommend using ProMount for any installation needs you may need done at your home or business. I will definitely be using them again in the near future!!!

Our service call went very well. Spencer's very knowledgeable about what we were wanting and he got the job done. Completely cleaned up when he was finished. And I let them know on the front end that we had dogs and Spencer was really good about our dogs being nosey. Definitely will be using this company again. We had an electric out moved to hang our TV over the fireplace.

Hands down the best customer experience I’ve had since I’ve been in Memphis. I hired him to mount the tv. The tv was broken so we had to take it back to the store at 9 pm and he came back and mounted it again no problem same night free of charge. We got to talking about general home repairs for my house, somehow we ended up in the kitchen looking at my cabinets and drawers. This guy fixed my cabinets and realigned my drawers. For fun.! He does way more than just mount tvs.

Spencer was wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure we were properly taken care of and happy. He made hanging our Samsung Frame with a dual mount look easy. He then offered to add a new outlet for us so all the wires would be hidden in a cabinet. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We are already planning our next project for him.

ProMount Mounting is awesome! Spencer did an exceptional job mounting my TV and Vestaboard. I was so pleased that I am already making plans for him to do some additional work in my home. Being new to the area, I was very fortunate to have found this company! “SIMPLY THE BEST” !!!

ProMount Mounting did a fantastic job hanging the tv in my house. They were very responsive, on time, courteous and professional.

They did a great job mounting our Samsung Frame TV! Really appreciate them taking the extra step to clean up the mess and haul off the box. Thanks!

Spencer did an amazing job mounting an outdoor tv for us. He was great to work with, answered all of my questions and provided options based on what I wanted. His work is outstanding, and he cleaned up any mess he made prior to leaving. He even went above and beyond and hid the wires on our soundbar inside and took down our outside flagpole mount that got partially ripped off by the wind! Highly recommend!

Fantastic! I reached out to them needing a job done quickly and they were able to fit me in. This was our second time using them for mounting TVs and both times we have been so impressed with them. If you need a TV hung anywhere these are the people to call.

Spencer and Chase came out to mount my Samsung Frame TV and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were very courteous and professional throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend ProMount mounting service for anyone in need of professional and reliable assistance. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again in the future.

I had a great experience with Spencer @ pro Mount. He came out quickly & mounted a tv outside for me. Super friendly & quick service.

Spencer was excellent. Very friendly, courteous and professional. He had a difficult time due to the way our fireplace was constructed and stayed until the job was done right. We will definitely use him again.

Spencer and Morgan came out exactly on time, the day we called for an appointment, were reasonably priced, fast, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They went above and beyond with their service. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Friendly and helpful and made everything easy. Will consider them for any other work needed in the future. Without them, I would not be able to relax and enjoy my weekend without my TV. They did a great job, and were so honest and friendly that I felt comfortable with them in my home.

Spencer did an excellent job with installation of several security items. He did quality work and made sure everything with the software was set-up and functioning well before he left. Highly recommend.

We needed our TV replaced outside. I had seen positive reviews for Spencer on our neighborhood page so we set up an appointment with him. From start to finish he did a great job. Walked through all the steps on how the TV worked just to make sure we understood and answered all our questions.
He even checked back in a few days later to make sure we were pleased with the install and not having any issues. Highly recommend!

They did a great job with removing my old fireplace mantel and building me a custom one that was lowered from where the original was so that there was room for the TV they mounted over the fireplace. I am very happy with the work.

I will never use another install company for anything ever again. This company is 100% top notch. I bought a 98" tv, which is no puppy. I reached out to a couple of reputable references, but without taking off work, they just couldn't get me in. I finally decided to just go with the highest rated company on Google, and that ended up being one of the best service decisions I've ever made. I saw their hours ran really late, which is unique, and convenient for folks with a full time job. I was calling around 7pm to get something scheduled asap, assuming the next day or the day after would be the earliest. I made the call, got an immediate answer, and then the magic happened. I explained the job, and he asked me if I could do that night. He gave me a discounted option for me to help with the lifting, and a very fair price for having 2 guys on the job. I opted for the extra help. He coordinated and communicated with his guys to make sure they could do it that night. He said "give us an hour." By God, an hour later, these stallions show up with every tool a man could dream of. I told them what I wanted, the tape measures came out, and I had the pleasure of watching experts in the job. I was so impressed by the quickness, accuracy, and perfection of what I wanted. I was bird dogging the whole time, and the job was done to perfection. This is a company with phenomenal leadership, great help, and serious talent. Please do yourself a favor, and let this company do some work for you. 10/10 recommend.

So thrilled with my TV mounting! Very quick scheduling and clear communication from Spencer! The entire process was explained to me and I was given options based on my selections. Absolutely recommend!
