Electrical reviews in Bartlett, Tennessee

I desperately needed a faulty security system uninstalled so that I could send it back to the company I purchased from. I reached out to ProMount and Spencer was willing to accommodate me in any way he could. It was getting late and I was starting to worry but he assured me that he was still going to show up and he did just that. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Spencer and his team did a fantastic job! Their precision and attention to every detail was outstanding. They did not leave the job until we were completely happy. Our move was made so much easier because they were here to hang large TVs, pictures, and mirrors with detailed precision.

After reading all the reviews of ProMount, I knew that Spencer was the right choice. When I spoke with him he seemed very knowledgable and helpful. Unfortunately, when it came time to set up my appointment, I was given a date and a time for . . . the installers, not Spencer. I can assure you that disappointement was short lived when the Chance and Chance, father and son duo arrived and they were UNBELIEVABLE. Not only was the customer service top notch, but you could tell they took alot of pride in their work. I highly recommend ProMount. Great Job!!

Spencer did an outstanding job mounting our bedroom TV! He was so thorough and professional that we’ve already hired him again to mount the TV in our family room. He also offered helpful suggestions and expert advice throughout the process. Highly recommend

Pro Mount did an excellent job of listening to our needs and then giving us a couple of different options on how to proceed along with costs. We set an appointment for the install and Spencer and Billy did a great job installing a TV mount over our fireplace that allows us to pull the TV down in front of the mantle when in use and then pushed back above the mantle when we want it out of the way. They also did a good job of cleaning up once the job was done. Very personable! I would definitely hire them again.

I just had a TV mounted by ProMount and it looks amazing! Spencer did an excellent job, his knowledge and attention to detail are unprecedented. Given the amount of work that goes into each job, his prices are very reasonable. It’s a basic setup but I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Spencer did an amazing job on not one, but 6 tv sets for us. He was good at communicating, thorough at his task, leaving everything back in place and cleaned up. Pricing was very competitive and fair. Would definitely use ProMount again! Thanks Spencer!

I had an outstanding experience with Pro Mount! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were top tier. They mounted my TV exactly how I wanted it — clean, secure, and with all wires hidden perfectly in the wall. The setup looks amazing and really upgraded the whole room.

They were on time, very respectful of my home, and took the time to make sure everything was level, connected properly, and working before they left. You can tell they take pride in their work.

If you’re looking for quality TV mounting done right the first time, I highly recommend Pro Mount. Great service, fair price and excellent results. Danny Dunson
