This company was very disappointing to work with. The technician showed up late for the scheduled appointment, and despite leaving multiple messages, I never received a single return call. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, I would not recommend using their services.

Always a great outcome for any and all repairs that need to be done. From initial phone contact to set up repair date and time to the finalization of repairs: all done professionally, with courtesy and accommodation. I can’t recommend highly enough.

John was very professional. Explained very well what I need to buy to have the fans repaired. So, I need to call back to have them installed.

We recently bought a home and had quite a list of electrical needs. These included switching out light fixtures, putting in an outlet in a closet, and adding an outlet higher above the other one.

Some of our wiring was old school and were lacking a base as well as our TV media closet needing some serious wiring problem solving going through the upstairs bonus room and attic. John and Jensen were responsible, respectful, knowledgeable and on time (15 mins early actually!!). They handled all of our heavy light fixtures with care as well. We will definitely be using them again!

Electrician installed a new outdoor patio light fixture. Work was done satisfactorily. The electrician, John, was quick, thorough and left the install area just as he found it.

Scott Greene did a great job to replace a outside faucet that decided to break from worn out pipe. He was able to coax the pipe out and replaced it by taking his time and care!

My service man was incredible! He was able to resolve my entire problem in one visit, having materials in his van that were needed. I feel that this saved me a lot of money from a second visit, and credit his company as well as he himself with being so well prepared.

I was experiencing an emergency issue and Kim was able to squeeze me in almost immediately. She was compassionate and seemed genuinely concerned with my situation without being cheezy.The technician arrived promptly and assessed my situation quickly. He explained what he was going to do well enough for me to understand exactly what I was paying for and why. I would recommend Above and Beyond to anyone that needs electrical work because they live up to the name on the truck.

I had Above and Beyond remove an old under cabinet light system and upgrade it to a new LED strip light system. The work they did was very neatly done and it works great. It added so much light to my kitchen. I am thrilled to have this project completed. I highly recommend them!
