Eli and Jason was great. They were very apologetic.Eli explained everything he was going to do to try and fix the problem. He also explained based on his expertise what may have caused the discoloration in my furniture. They thoroughly clean the furniture and said this should fix the problem. I am so appreciative for them coming back out to rectify the problem.

Safe Dry was the first cleaning service that popped up in my google search. I read excellent reviews and made an appointment. Sure Dry sent out an amazing Rep. Derrick. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the service. He was pleasant to have in our space. He was efficient. I am recommending Sure Dry if I'm asked about a carpet cleaning service. Excellent quality fast service. Marvin was my tech and was very professional and did an awesome job for our clinic office on two occasions. No messy wet floors!!!

Technician Marvin was nice, but showed up 1.5 hours later than original time, didn’t have a company vehicle or uniform. Was originally quoted price of 40 dollars a room over the phone but then had to pay 300 dollars for 3 rooms. Carpets didn’t come out looking like I thought they should have, but that may just be based on the carpet condition.

I had SafeDry come to my home today to clean some old stains left by the previous owners... My husband and I had tried so many different cleaners in one area of our home and could never get them to lift. Cory and his team came in, lifted the old stains, answered all our questions, and were finished in less than an hour. We are so excited to have clean carpets before the holidays!! Very professional, and the customer service was perfect! Even the small touches were not lost on a 17 year old boy… The flower was an added touch.
