I hired Pro Exteriors to clean my roof. I would recommend them with no reservations at all. They were professional, efficient, honest and reliable. They told me that they would return to spot treat any areas that needed another treatment, and proved true to their word. In sum, I would say that Pro Exteriors really delivers!

We have about a half acre lot with about 8 massive white oak trees that had dropped a good half to foot of leaves across the entire yard (blocking the back porch and a good bit of the driveway). I had gotten a few quotes (tried to get more but the other people never showed or called back), and Andrew was competitive on price, but was by far the most prompt and professional when I met him. The team showed up exactly when they said they would, worked hard and efficiently, and most importantly didn’t leave a leaf in site at the end (no bags either!). We are extremely happy with the work and results and plan to use them next year.

I have a two story house, exterior really needed to be cleaned. Andrew and his team did excellent job. I am very happy, especially the front two story porch was cleaned so well. And, all shrubs/bushes around the house were safe because they used environment safe detergent. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin? I used this company on a weekly basis for 7-8 months. I had an expensive bottle of perfume stolen from my home by one of the employees. The owner reimbursed me and I remained a client because Yoshimi ( owner) agreed to send my preferred cleaner each week. I decided to invest in wireless security cameras to monitor my home and to keep a watchful eye on my 13 year old latch-key kid. Why did I ever do that? Yoshimi informed me that her employees no longer felt comfortable in my home because of my security cameras. How insane is that? Do yourself a favor and avoid this company until Yoshimi learns how to handle her employees.

Jā and Bobby did an awesome and thorough job on our carpets. It looks amazing! Jā was very patient and informative explaining which treatment would suit our situation the best.
