The Groupon stated that the value of the service was over $100...which to me meant that the carpets would be deep cleaned.....well, that is NOT the case....the charge to do a deep clean and remove all the spots/dirty areas was nearly $400 more! The technician was polite, but the service rendered was less than desirable. I will NOT purchase another Groupon from this company for sure!

Used Extreme Clean to clean our couches and carpets before we moved and they did an excellent job in removing the pet odor and stains. Excellent service. Would highly recommend this local Bartlett business.

I am very satisfied with the service of Extreme Clean of Bartlett, Tennessee. Mr. Tommy Costley and his co-worker, Mr. Andrew, did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet! (3 rooms and a hall with a very reasonable price) Wow! I am so amazed at how they were able to pull the dirt and all the stains out of the carpet in less than 30 minutes! They have the most powerful carpet machines that I have seen in my life! I will tell anyone, in the future: "If Extreme Clean of Bartlett, Tennessee can't do it; then it can't be done!" (I know my carpet was not only dirty, but it was very stained.) The Extreme Clean Team made it look brand-new! All I need to do is let it dry now. All I can say is: "Try them, you'll not only like them, you'll love them!" They are the BEST!!!!!

Tommy came out to clean our vents, he was on time, and friendly. He his time estimate was accurate. He found mold in one of the vents and offered to come back out and install a new one. I have used multiple services from Extreme Clean, and would highly recommend them.

Amazing service we Had some awful stains! most of which were mystery stains! They came out we’re extremely friendly and the carpet now looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with them! Will be using again thank you guys so so much! And extremely fair pricing always a plus!

Extreme Clean was wonderful! They weren’t sure they could clean my couch so they said they would do a test spot without charging me. They were able to make my couch look brand new! Very nice guys as well.

Very good service!! quick, efficient and clean. Tommy and his son cleaned my carpet well. I moved some furniture out of the way before them came to help them get to every corner.

This service is unreliable & lacks professionalism. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt when purchasing and Tommy reassured us that either he or two other men would complete the job as scheduled. The night before we called to confirm appointment, we had to leave a message. There was no return call or follow up. The morning of (today) at the time of the appointment we had to call Tommy multiple times because no one showed up and he gives us a sob story regarding his back. If this is true, I wish him the best of luck in getting better. We have guests coming in today, so it is frustrating for him to cancel day of at time of service. There is no way to get someone scheduled at this time. Very unprofessional as this appointment has been set up for nearly 3 weeks. Disappointed. He was not even apologetic nor did he offer to come out if his issue improved.

I purchase the Groupon coupon where they are suppose to clean three rooms and a hallway, Well all I wanted clean was my den carpet. When they walk into my house the first thing he said I smell dog which was rude to say then he went on to say that the carpet had a lot of stain in it I stated to him that the carpet is only a year old. He went on talking about I need to have a deep cleaning for the carpet and that I would be out of extra $100 for them to clean my carpet. I purchased the Groupon coupon thinking I was just going to get a general cleaning I think that should been up to meet if I just wanted to use my Groupon coupon for a general cleaning, Remind you they reshedule with me two times then when they final come they come with the bull. I want a refund from Groupon and I don't who writing these reviews probably their friends.

The owner was very rude to me and I felt as a customer they should have had better customer service. When I first scheduled this appointment he was extremely nice. He called to let me know they were going to head my way after lunch today which was ok. I called him two hours later to find out that he went to the wrong house. He said I was at your house and no one answered so we went to the next job. I said well why didn’t you call me because no one has been to my house. First he never apologized and all he could say was how many phone calls he get in one day. However one phone call would have prevented me having this bad experience. Then he went to tell me about all the extra fees and I was wondering why this wasn’t presented to me I the front end when I made appointment. He then said I was talking over him and told me to get a refund and he was not doing my carpet. I moved my furniture and took off work today just for him to be rude, never apologize, and tell me to get a refund. I don’t know if he was having a bad bay or maybe he was just frustrated. However I wish him and his business the best but I would not recommend this service if he continues to have bad customer service.

The Extreme Clean team was very helpful, thorough and affordable. I first got my carpet cleaned through a Groupon and came back to them to have them power wash my house and decks and clean my ac vents to prevent mold. Loved the work, price, and especially their superior level of service!

Tommy cleaned my carpets & my mother's. He arrived on time & was very polite & courteous. He did a great job on both homes even removing stains I thought were impossible to remove.

I had a last minute emergency carpet cleaning that needed done. Every other carpet cleaning company told me they were booked and seemed not to care. They wanted my business and even worked around my schedule. The technician came over and did an excellent job, cleaned the whole house in just over an hour. Gave me a good price too. Strongly recommend

Tommy is amazing! We had used him previously for a move out cleaning and he did a phenomenal job! So when we bought our first home we went straight back to him to get the carpets cleaned before moving in. He got there, took a lot at our carpets, and told us the truth. He said a lot more work needed to be done than anticipated. This of course would raise our price. However, he worked with me knowing I just bought a home that comes with other expenses and gave us a fantastic deal to fully deep clean our carpet. This will get all the cat dander out, this my fiancee's father is severely allergic to, and give us the best treatment possible for our carpet! Tommy said that it was going to take a few steps to get it done but he was going to take care of us! I will always use Xtreme Clean for my carpets!!

So I had to have some cat urine removed from my carpet which is hard to do. Tommy and his son were very professional and gave me a great deal! They did a very thorough job and were very nice! Highly recommend!

Thomas and his son took care of business! They were friendly and did the job very quickly. They came out twice because my carpet needed it. I have the most stubborn carpet stains and most of them came out or at least looked better.

This is our first time using Extreme Clean and they were awesome! We loved seeing the father and son teamwork! Tommy came with his son and they both worked together to get our couches and pillows cleaned. Our couches look brand new and we are extremely happy with the service we got. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!
