Tommy came and helped us when we were really in a bind! I tried to wash a wool rug myself. It was murky and mildewy. He managed to clean it up as if my blunder never happened.

I’ve had Tommy clean my carpets twice now and both times he was very conscientious and efficient and his rates were reasonable.

We can't even get an appointment set up after over a month. There are always excuses! He barely answers the phone. Groupon is NO HELP! It should not be this hard. I want my money BACK!

Bought coupon from Groupon, however the coupon procedure wasn't what I needed. So they did a upgrade cleaning for a small amount.

Guy hung up on me three times. When I finally got him to answer the phone he asked what I wanted and told him i wanted to schedule an appoint and said yea Right and hung up again. Not sure how he stays in business.

Horrible experience. They use a come on ad to get u hooked, then when they get to ur house, say they can't do it for groupon voucher. Been trying unsuccessfully to get a refund. Tchnician never even took his machine out of the truck. Tommy, who I assume is the owner, finally called me back. Said groupon has to refund me, not him. Going to BBB tomorrow and file a formal complaint. Don't make the mistake I did. Stay away from extreme kleenex. Bogus!!!!
