Trinity Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations. I had called at least 4 other businesses listed from Google and none of them immediately answered and upon returning my call only had availability 5-7 days out. Oliver answered my initial call & was available within 1-2 hours. They showed up and immediately tackled the job the same day! He was polite, professional and provided great quality, customer service and speed of service. He finished 2 bedrooms, a hallway and a staircase in about 1 hour. All of this at a very reasonable and affordable rate! I will only contact Trinity Carpet Cleaning for all of my future carpet cleaning needs and will inform family and friends of them as well! I had a puppy potty emergency in my dining room that scrubbing with Resolve just wasn't going to cut. I googled carpet cleaners near me, and found the highest rated local place. Trinity's almost perfect rating is well earned! I needed this done in the same day in a short window, so it was not an easy scheduling. They worked with me, had a crew out exactly when they said, and they were done in no more than 30 minutes. They were fast, communicative, efficient, and did awesome work. They made a carpet that has been tormented by my new puppy look brand new. I even told them it didn't have to be perfect, just cleaner. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. The pricing was very fair, even for what is considered ab emergency call. I will schedule a normal service to do the rest of my house and not think twice about using anyone else!
