Look, let me tell you something. I hate to call someone in to take care of things in my lawn. So when I started looking for someone to do a little bit of landscaping and stump removal I was already irritated. Jake was a professional from the moment he picked up the phone. He came out same day, provided a very reasonable quote and did the work same day as well. I had him remove two ornamental tree trunks. If I have future work I will definitely give him a call.

Paid for a large stump grinding, 3 small stump grindings, and a limb removal. The large stump was only partially grinded, only enough for the fresh mulch to cover the remainder of the stump. The three smaller stumps never were attempted. The limb removal went badly and damaged my sidewalk. Chainsaw blades and clamps was left in my yard. Jake claimed he would fix my sidewalk but I had to at my expense as he would not respond to our attempts again. Very unprofessional.

Make sure you read contract carefully w Jake. He will leave trees on your property.

If you subcontract something to him, make sure you get it in writing. I subcontracted large job for Jake and he stiffed me on back end w claims I was supposed to physically be working for him. I have all correspondence between us and that was not agreement. I also have copies of original contract with customer and photographs of the tree he decided to skip.

Jake and crew did a fantastic job of cutting down and stump removal for several large trees in my backyard. These guys showed up on the scheduled day and got the work done even though it was a very hot 100 degrees! Great clean up too. Very skilled and professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing their services.
