Marcus, the tech was prompt, professional, and courteous. He explained the process and provided pricing prior to service. So glad I chose this company.

Terrance was on time and did a great job on our carpets and soffa. We had other people working and was in his way but he was very patient and understanding. Will ask for him for our next cleaning.

Called on Wed, they were out on Tuesday Brandon was very professional and courteous the entire time. Certainly a different way of carpet cleaning then I was familiar with but very happy with the results. Will defin use this company and this tech again

Very happy with this company! Ode was very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked good. He cleaned our large couch and chair! Everything looks great!

A few things here. 1. They told me they would be at my house at 12pm Thursday and tried to cancel my appointment at the last minute because they had a few tech’s to call in. I had to beg to get someone to come out because I’m selling my house and needed my carpet cleaned that day because we had a house showing the next day. They Finally arrived around 5:30pm in which I couldn’t get a nap before work waiting for them.

2. Was not satisfied with the service. The carpet was cleaner than before but not near as clean as it should have been. Stanley Steamer had my carpets cleaned WAY Better! I think the issue is they don’t wet the carpet enough to get a good clean.

3. The manager stood over me to basically MAKE me give them a 5 star rating. So this makes me believe the other 5 star ratings on here may have been forced and not genuine.

I will be using stanley steamer from now on.

Terrance was extremely kind and informative about the cleaning process. He does excellent work and was very professional in his job. Thanks for sending him my way and when I need carpet cleaning again I will ask for him.

I am very pleased with my experience. We woke up this morning with a sick puppy and needed immediate assistance. I left a voicemail and they were able to send someone out the same day. Our technician Terrance, was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained everything and answered all the questions I had. I’m still waiting on the carpet to dry but it appears to be free of stains and odors.

Brandon arrived promptly at the time of the appointment. He has a great attitude and did a wonderful job with my carpet and upholstery. I was very pleased.

Antoniyo was AMAZING! He was very accommodating and patient while we navigating getting our carpet cleaned and moving our items since we are relocating. I highly recommend this company if you need an affordable carpet cleaning and someone quick! Also, the carpet is basically dry upon cleaning, so no need for fans!

Terrance is probably one of the best carpet technicians I've seen in awhile. Inspite of the time discrepancy; which he had no control of. He was very informative, very professional, and very thorough! I would highly recommend him to any friend, family member, or constituent. Thanks Terrance and keep up the good work! Have used SafeDry a couple of times now! Very happy with customer service managing the second clean that was subpar. They sent out another technician to make it right, which ended up being Cory Berryman, who was so kind and professional. Got the job done right this time! Thank you!

Brandon prompt, friendly, great job explaining process they use to clean. Very professional. Was able to almost eliminate 2 really tough stains. Our 26 year old carpets look amazing! Can get an appointment quickly. Would use again.
