I can NOT tell you how professional and wonderful this company has been. I had gone through other companies, HVAC people, have been out of THOUSANDS of dollars for one unit for last few years. One Hour came in explained IN DETAIL the problemS, yes with an "s". Got the necessary permits and did the job within a couple of days. I actually had to have a heater on the first day because it was so cold, lol. They are personable as well as professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! You can't go wrong or regret having this company come out to repair or service your units.

Very reliable and came right on out.. Ms.Stella worked with me on financing and they came on out and got my air conditioning back up and working in a decent time,, thank you all so much , I most definitely will refer them to anyone having ac problems.and he came out in a Sunday to make sure work was complete. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is the BEST!! They are very courteous, prompt, and professional. I had my yearly maintenance done. The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. The work area was left so clean. The technician and customer service are GREAT!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
