Hello! We contacted them to do some work at my mother's house. The communication was excellent. The safety and security was an added touch. They sent updates to let us know who was arriving to provide the service. They were clean and respected the home throughout the process.

I had a great experience with Prime HVAC and Electrical! They really worked with my budget and gave me several options to address the issue, helping me choose the best solution for both my situation and finances. Scheduling was super easy; even though I reached out last minute, they still accommodated my schedule and budget without any hassle. Their professionalism and flexibility made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely be referring them to friends and family in the future.

5 Olympic gold stars! The whole process was top notch and such a pleasant experience! I reached out to Prime during the “prime” time of summer heat when my hvac literally died. Bailey the scheduler was so kind and quickly had the techs to come to our home. I received a text with an ETA and PHOTO of the technicians that were coming to my home! what an extra bonus of a knowing who was coming to my home, that’s the 5 star treatment you get with Prime! Bradley & Drew took care of our hvac needs and were the most respectful and informative representatives! They explained everything they were doing, what was going on with our systems and answered all our questions! LOOK NO FURTHER, GIVE THEM A CALL TODAY! If you choose someone else, you’ll be using second best because PRIME is the Prime example of top notch 1st place service!

Prime was amazing. They responded almost immediately to our late night request for an estimate, and were installing our generator 2 days later. They were quick to resolve any issues and answer all of our questions. Highly recommend them!

All of the technicians at PRIME are wonderful; however, we are partial to Taylor. He is nothing less than professional and at the same time very personable. He explains things in a way that every people can understand. He also can have a conversation about things other than HVAC services. I have never felt uncomfortable having him, or any of the other technicians, in my home if my husband is not here.
Tyler, the owner, is an amazing man. He is involved in the work being done, he puts the safety of his employees first and is an upstanding man

Taylor came out to see us today and was absolutely amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He called before he came and came on time. He took the time to show me what the issue was with my unit And then was able to give me some various options that I could look at in the future. He was also willing to explain to me the family plan in detail, but was not pushy to force me to purchase something. Highly recommend Taylor as well as prime HVC and electrical

Drew with Prime HVAC was amazing. I just moved into my new house this past Summer, and I thought the issue was going to be huge. Turns out I just need to change my filter. Little embarrassing but Drew was great and got a new filter installed right away! He was very knowledgeable and very personable, even with my pets! Was so impressed, I even signed up for yearly maintenance with Prime! 10/10 recommend!

Excellent customer service and especially Taylor!!! I appreciate them coming out in the snow and he even helped clear the path for a safer access. I also left things outside I completely forgot about and he reminded me twice. Lol!! He was so kind to ask me to leave a review so I had to!! They are scheduled to come.back when the part arrives and im sure he is capable of knocking it right out. He also spoke highly of the owner of the company which says a lot! Thx Taylor!

This company is beyond amazing. I was very impressed with how informative they are from their initial quote to the completion of the job. They are not trying to "sell" you they are looking to inform you so that you may make the best decision no matter who you go with. We had our downstairs furnace replaced and it was such a great experience. Quick and helpful, they even helped to get a very heavy solid wooden desk out to our garage. They offered to do so, we didnt ask. Absolute perfect gentlemen. I cant say enough good things about them..Ill just say, when so many other companies fell through, Prime and their crew came through with flying colors. You will not go wrong in choosing this company. We are now going to get a quote for a whole home generator. Great experience and a breath of fresh air.

I had a technician name Bradley come out to check my heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue, taking the time to explain everything to me. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire visit.
On top of that, he had a pleasant attitude---friendly, respectful and genuinely focused on providing top quality service. I highly recommend this company and especially this technician to anyone needing heating service or maintenance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience with Prime. We moved here in June and had a friend recommend them after our furnace was struggling. Drew Goodwin our tech was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our issue quickly and now we feel the heat and it's cozy in our home.

We had a great experience. We called several companies about a generator. They called us back quickly and came on time. They guaranteed they could install us a generator before this snowstorm hits. They came on Wednesday to inspect and agree to have it put in today (Friday). They were on time and thorough. They worked all day in the cold to get our Generac generator up and running. They even made sure all of our gas water heaters and fireplaces were up and running again after being without power for the generator install. They were timely, polite and honest. I’d gladly use them again.
