Had some work done for my furnace and Im extremely happy with the service provided. Very respectful. Niles showed up for the service call with shoe covers to protect my floors (even though my carpet is due for replacement), this is really the first time I’ve had ANYONE be this respectful of my floors out of all service calls I’ve had for plumbing,electrical, etc. Niles spent a LOT of time in my attic planning his approach to solve my problem, I felt I was getting the best service with no shortcuts.

Niles is all you could ask for in a service professional: Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, thorough…. And gets the job done. Toasty warm since he worked on the HVAC! Thanks Niles!

We used Beers HVAC for the first time this week. I just like the last name( just kidding). We found him by reading reviews. Reviews were right on target. We had a upstairs unit that was not performing as it should. Niles came out on time, performed checks and serviced refrigerant. Unit is working great. Communications were great. My experience with Beers HVAC was outstanding. The communication was excellent, the pricing was transparent, and the service was fast! As someone who takes pride in my own work it is easy for me to identify others who exhibit professional excellency, and Niles is 100% that guy. The fact that he documents his work with numerous photos as well as written explanations of the scope of work is impressive by itself, but the fact that he continued this practice even in the pouring rain without taking shortcuts is top-tier service that isn't easy to find these days. Niles Beers installed our new HVAC system in our wedding barn and he did a wonderful job. The new system is so much better than our old system and we couldn't be more pleased. We had to have the new system put in before our next wedding and he got it installed just when we needed it! I highly recommend this company!

Beers HVAC was recommended to me by my usual HVAC person who was out of town and unable to help with my heating problem.
Niles found my problem to be the high limit switch, that needed to be ordered but he was able to do a temporary fix for me until the part came in a couple of days later. He returned immediately once he had the new part to get it installed, which I was very grateful for as the temperatures were freezing.
Niles was very professional, prompt, courteous, proficient, respectful, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced.
I give an A++++ for the best customer service in town.
I will definitely use Niles again and I highly recommend him for all of your HVAC requirements.

I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Beers HVAC! The last few HVAC contractors I dealt with left me feeling that nobody cares about servicing their customer any more. Promptness, honesty and communication are all I'm looking for, and Niles hit the ball out of the park on these! He arrived when he said he would, he showed me video evidence of the problems I had, and returned promptly with the necessary parts for the repair. He even called a week later to make sure everything was still working well! Small business owners better get their shtuff together- this is how you do business and get repeat customers!
