Beers HVAC donated a free HVAC tuneup to a local fundraiser auction that I went to and I have to say I am very glad I was able to be the high bidder because the communication and service we received was top-notch. You would have never thought he was doing the service at no benefit to himself because all of the funds went to the organization. Mr. Beers came out to assess why our AC was not cooling off the upstairs. He walked through and showed me everything he was looking at. He explained in detail the issues and gave me guidance. He did not try to upsell or do anything that was not necessary and I am extremely appreciative for that, as most companies do the upsell pitch. Highly Recommend Beers HVAC for all your HVAC needs. I won’t use anyone else that is for sure!

I highly recommend Beers HVAC. We reached out one evening after our AC unit went out and it was 100 degrees outside. Nile’s was quick to respond even in the evening hours. When he came out he let us know our unit was still in great shape and that only the compressor needed to be replaced. I greatly appreciated the honesty and not immediately wanting to just sell us a brand new unit. We ended up having him come back to give us a quote on a new unit since ours was 12+ years old. We decided to go with a new unit and are extremely happy with the customer service that was provided and of course our new unit.

I had the pleasure of having Niles from Beers HVAC come out to fix my A/C unit on August 25, 2025. Honestly, this was one of the most professional and thorough service experiences I’ve had in a long time!

Here’s the backstory: I had roofers working on the house, and unfortunately, they punctured my A/C refrigerant line. I was pretty stressed, but Niles immediately put my worries at ease. He arrived right on time, was super polite, and took the time to ask detailed questions as I showed him the system. You can tell he really cares about getting to the root of the problem.

He got straight to work and quickly confirmed that we could bring the old A/C unit back online. After repairing the punctured line, Niles didn’t stop there—he went over the entire system and fixed issues left behind by previous so-called "A/C professionals." It’s rare to see that level of thoroughness.

He was also more than happy to answer every question I had, which I really appreciated. The pricing was clear and very fair—no hidden fees or surprises. Once he refilled the refrigerant, the unit started up like new, and within 30 minutes, the house was nice and cool again.

Long story short, my A/C is now running quietly and efficiently, and the house is comfortable once more. I can’t recommend Niles and Beers HVAC enough! If you’re looking for professionalism, efficiency, and honest pricing, look no further.

Beers HVAC was prompt, showed up when they said. Identified the problem, explained everything in detail. Showed back up with the required parts and now my a/c system is working properly. Very effiecient, timely and cleaned up after they finished the repair. Would highly recommend.
