My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. The employee, Taylor came to my home and assessed the situation for me promptly? He informed me that I needed to replace the compressor and that it would take approximately one day for him to acquire the compressor. He was very professional, informative and understanding. He did an excellent job.

I highly recommend Prime HVAC & Electrical. Drew, my technician, was very professional and detail-oriented in diagnosing/repairing my heating problem. Kudos to the entire staff!

I’ve called Hunter and Tyler several times this year and they show up quickly and do great work. In the past I haven’t been able to get techs out quick, especially on a holiday or if I’m heading out of town. They are the quickest to respond and today Taylor came out to help us when our heat didn’t work. The communication was great. They answered the phone at 5:30am! No robots or machines. It doesn’t get better than them!

Highly recommended! I moved into my new home yesterday and nearly froze last night because my heat would not come on. I slept with gloves on and a space heater blowing full blast all night. Prime HVAC sent me Drew and he had heat running before noon. So happy I will have a warm home tonight!

I’ve been having issues with my HVAC system for months. Multiple vendors from various companies could never figure out the issue. But Taylor did! He was thorough & provided amazing customer service. I’m so thankful he took the time to actually fix my issue instead of over looking it! I’m so pleased with the service and would highly recommend Taylor with Prime.

Had a simple HVAC warranty issue, or so I thought. Bradley came quickly, diagnosed it and found an electrical problem. Electrician came and fixed that then Kyle came with new equipment. Then, another electrical problem, which thankfully got resolved quickly. The replacement part was ordered by the warranty company and was defective! PRIME's Brittany and Whitley took over, got a new one ordered ASAP and got us back up and running. All of this started before the 4th of July, so you know it was hot! I would definitely use them outside my warranty if another issue arises.

This company is amazing! The staff is very professional timely and responsive. The Technician (Taylor) is the best technician we have had working on HVAC issues in 20 years. He is knowledgeable and it is evident he has a high degree of skill. Mrs. Bailey who works in the office is very responsive and makes the time to check on customers. If I could give more stars I would.

Zach and Nathan from Prime did a great job repairing my fallen fan/light fixture. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful for of my property. Thanks so much to Prime!

Drew spent a very long time getting to the bottom of an issue that other HVAC techs shrugged off. He was extremely detailed and took photos and videos of an improperly installed unit. He was very patient and kind detailing our ongoing issues and made sure I understood what was going on. I highly recommend Prime HVAC for any complicated issues.

Prime was assigned to me through my home warranty company, and I’m very glad they were. From the initial scheduling call to the technician’s arrival, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Drew Goodwin arrived on time, in uniform, and clearly knew his craft. He diagnosed and repaired my HVAC system efficiently, and my home is comfortable again. I’ll definitely use Prime in the future—they’re now on my radar for excellent service and professionalism.

Taylor called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up when he said he would and upon arrival he offered to use shoe covers. He introduced himself in a friendly manner. This young man was professional, kind, considerate and communicave. When he was unsure of what was going on he called Tyler, the owner, for input. Tyler came out to look at things and figured out the issue. The cost was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend Prime HVAC and Electrical. As a female I hesitant to have men in our home when my husband isn't here. I felt very comfortable and safe.

Prime was called by our warranty company at 9:30 am for a service call for our heater. Prime arrive at 12:15 pm. Taylor the technician was very efficient and through. He performed a safety check of the unit before igniting the pilot. Long story short, Taylor got our unit back up and running. The heater is heating and my family is now walking around in t-shirts and short pants. We are grateful for Prime HVAC!

We’re very pleased with the service received from Prime. Bailey was so easy to work with in scheduling service and responded quickly to my request. I really appreciated the text received the day of with the Techs picture, name and ETA. Bradley, our tech, called to let us know he was on his way and arrived with a smile on his face. He was very polite and took the time to explain what was wrong with the AC unit. He fixed it quickly and made sure everything worked as expected. We could not be happier with the service and will gladly recommend them.

Filled out the form late the night before and received a call first thing the next morning. Explained to them what was going on and the sent Hunter and Nathan out and they arrived within the hour.

Guys were professional and personable. They had to leave to go get a part but returned at the time they stated they would. Finished up the job and even told me about some other things to consider for the future

Prime HVAC and Electrical came out last minute, just two days before a winter storm, and got our generator hooked up quickly and safely. They were professional and easy to work with, which gave us a huge peace of mind. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC or electrical work.

We needed a back up generator for my father in law. We of course waited till there was a huge ice storm headed our way.
We called Prime Electric and a Guy named Hunter came out and priced a generator for us.
Then he said O am going to try to get it in tomorrow! (Before the storm) and I’ll be darned. He did it.
The price was great, the service was great, and all the guys who came out were true southern gentleman.
The gas guy even came in to relight the hot water tank and fireplace.
If you’re going to get a generator, use these guys!

Prime HVAC and Electrical will most definitely be my go to for all of my HVAC needs. The technician Drew was very professional, and knowledgeable about the issue I had with my furnace. He explained everything in a way that I could understand. He fixed the issue. Thanks Drew!

My A/C went out yesterday and I called Tyler Woodard and he had a guy out within the hour! It’s too hot to not have air and they take that very seriously! So grateful for them taking care of us and waking up and needing blankets this morning.
