What a great experience! Was referred to Best Care when shopping for a water heater replacement through the Home Depot website (because I could not believe that a water heater replacement quoted by our regular plumber could possibly be so expensive). I received a prompt email response from Best Care and then, surprisingly since it was a Saturday morning, a call asking if they could send someone to take a look and prepare a quote. Plumber Cameron Reeder was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional and obviously knowledgeable, quickly assessed the situation, made some good recommendations, and then answered my many questions. He was friendly, courteous, and never pushy.
Although the Best Care quote was very competitive, we decided to go with our regular plumber because they already know the house and our plumbing. Based on my experience with them this morning, however, I won't hestitate to call Best Care next time!

My hotwater tank wasn't producing hot water. Chris Stiles was the service tech that fix my problem. This gentleman is very knowledgeable and very professional with his work. I truly recommend this gentleman as your service tech for your tankless hotwater tank.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Best Care Home Services! Cameron came out originally just to give me a quote, but when I casually mentioned how I had accidentally turned off my water heater and couldn’t get it to relight, he immediately took the initiative to take a look.

Not only was Cameron incredibly professional and kind, but he actually got my water heater working again—something another company said was impossible and told me I’d need a full replacement for. His willingness to help, genuine customer care, and problem-solving skills were truly exceptional.

Cameron went above and beyond, and he is a perfect example of what outstanding service looks like. He absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion. I am so grateful for his help and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I recently used them to check my plumbing system due to a slow drain and MLGW saying I user water 24hrs a day 7 days a week (and m bill showed it, lol) Their service is professional, the technicians are informed, they don't mind explaining in layman's terms what they are doing and why. I have used other companies but I find them to be more honorable in providing simple economical friendly solutions and not just try to get a $100+ unnecessary service. ALSO, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their MAINTENANCE PLAN it is inexpensive and a good home preventive care item. They checked my heating and A/C systems, they were the ONLY company that did not propose to me to have a 6 yr old heating system replaced due to the A/C system being old. That is putting customers first and restored my trust in service companies.

Micheal Thompson showed up promptly on time. Listen to my thoughts. Agreed, found the leak. Repairs made in timely manner. Great guy. Explains everything. Best part, I called this morning 17 Feb 2026. He was here in 3 hours. Have used Best Care a few times. Will always be my go to for HVAC and plumbing. The best part, is Best Care Home Services. This company should be ashamed of themselves for recommending a predatory financing company like GoodLeap. They are nothing but crooks.

Last summer (2025) was extremely hot. When my air conditioning unit failed, the heat became unbearable. As any mother would, I made a sacrifice for my children without hesitation. Best Care Plumbing, Heating & Air advised me to use GoodLeap for financing. At the time, I trusted their recommendation.

I was not properly informed about what I was signing up for. I am a single mother of two, dealing with 100+ degree temperatures, and I believed I was making a responsible decision to keep my children safe. The HVAC system cost $15,000, financed in May 2025.

At no point did the Best Care representative clearly explain the interest rate. I even recall asking about interest, assuming—like most lines of credit—there would be a promotional period. What I later discovered is that GoodLeap applied a hidden 12.99% interest charge on every dollar of the loan.

When I recently reviewed my GoodLeap online statement, I was completely heartbroken. Since July 2025, I have made every payment on time (they give two “free” months at the beginning). As of January 2026, only $15 has been applied to my principal balance.

GoodLeap is now attempting to collect over $34,000 on a $15,000 loan.

Now I understand why the Best Care representative was so eager to run my credit over the phone. Once GoodLeap paid them for the job, the burden and confusion were left entirely on me—the customer.

To be clear, the technicians who installed the HVAC system did an excellent job. This review is not about them. It is about the financing scheme and the lack of transparency.

GoodLeap is a predatory lender. If anyone from Best Care Plumbing, Heating & Air tries to push this financing on you, close the door. They took advantage of a mother’s love for her children during a vulnerable moment.

This is a terrible company and a total scam operation.Before making any decisions, please take the time to read the reviews on GoodLeap Financing. Had I known then what I know now, I would have never agreed to this financing. I hope my experience helps prevent another family from being taken advantage of. Situations like this are exactly why a class action lawsuit should be pursued to hold this company accountable for its predatory practices.

Jamie came in to repair a leak. His hunch was correct and he was very efficient and got it done quickly. Very pleased, I recommend Best. All their employees have been great.

Dylan Franklin with “BEST CARE HOME SERVICES LLC” did a GREAT job with the installation of my replacement toilet. He was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and patient with this extreme OCP (iykyk) customer.

Daniel was my HVAC technician and did a brilliant job. Knowledgeable, efficient, clear and concise communication, he really was stellar. Thankfully my heating issues weren’t super pressing so I didn’t need repairs, but I decided to sign up for an annual plan with these guys because they know how to establish a good relationship with their customers. Hard to find people you can trust and rely on these days, and who actually care about what they’re doing, I highly recommend Daniel and the Best Care crew.

Mr. Blake Ferrell was and is a very respectful and knowledgeable technician. He is very kind and informative young man and representative.He represents BEST CARE HOME SERVICES very well. You all should be very proud of him because I am. His customer service and work is impeccable!!! Blessings to this young man and Best Care!!!!! I had a great experience working with Steven Goedecke at Best Care Plumbing, Heating And Air. Steven was extremely thorough and took the time to explain every detail of my whole-home generator installation from start to finish. He made sure I understood how the system works, what to expect during installation, and how everything will operate once installed.

His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants the customer to feel confident in the process. It’s clear that he’s well-led and supported by his boss, Brian Reed, and the entire team runs with a high level of integrity.

DJ was an absolute pleasure to have in my home and work ok my plumbing issue. I’d give him 100 stars if I could.⭐️ He greeted me respectfully, put on his boot covers and got to work!! I had a lot of stuff going on but I was greatful he knows what he’s doing. Best Care Home Services hires excellent workers and we know because we’ve used them several times and it’s always a great experience. Pricing is very reasonable and they even offer financing options for bigger projects like mine.

I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed by Mr Ricardo and Mr Hunter. They showed up promptly at 0800 and immediately started on the replacement of my HVAC system. They took time to lay down a protective cover over my floors. They maintained a clean environment as they worked, respecting my property. They performed the work as required taking the time to explain everything as they go. They even helped me set-up the Trane app. They ensured the thermostats worked as expected. My previous unit was missing the C thermostat wire and the replaced the wiring to add that C wire. Overall, very professional in the work. I'm satisfied
