They always do good work and treat the customer with respect. They aren't the cheapest but you also get what you pay for. They provide excellent service at a fair price.

Alan has fixed our AC unit in the summer and our Furnace this winter. He tries to solve the problem at the least cost to you. I like that kind of honesty.

Nice guy, received quote for hvac system but found out that what he had quoted me is not Trane itself but sub brand of Trane.
Also I called him with questions, and he got upset and told me that no one had asked him questions. Ok , I dont recommend to work with someone who does not like people who ask him some questions

This is the most reliable and honest AC service I have seen in the Memphis area. They showed up on time, completed the job very quickly, and charged me $150 less than what they had thought it would cost. Highly recommend this company, I use them personally and my company has used them for years.

I don't even live in Memphis any more, but I have had need of his services on 4 different occasions while visiting family here in the Memphis area over the last 4 years.

Every time, he has been prompt, thorough, courteous, honest, and gone out of his way to resolve each problem as efficiently as possible. And that includes repairing a furnace in the middle of a Memphis January cold spell for my Aunt, and repairing my dad's and my in-laws' ACs in the middle of the hot, humid summer.

He is truly a lifesaver!

Anterrius and Lamont were very skilled technicians. They did the work in a timely manner and when finished I was shown how to get my water heater lit to start heating the water. They were very mannerable.

Daniel was awesome and very personable. He was patient and made sure I was throughly informed and had no questions. He was a pleasure to meet and work with

I am beyond impressed with the service we received from Emma, Montana, Mason and the whole Best Care team. We had a quote for a lesser amount but their service and attention to detail from the first conversation completely won us over.

The install took a long time but the replacement duct work and lines seemed to be a mess - they fixed it all!!

Our house instantly started feeling cooler and vents that barely had air coming out of them prior were actually pushing air!!

Our attic is extremely hot and it was 102 degrees today - they worked all day and probably lost 10 pounds but they did an amazing job.

Michael Thompson came out today to help us with our gas fireplace. He checked it out successfully and showed me about its maintenance. Then he gave us a complimentary hot water heater inspection. We have a very old tank and will be needing to replace it soon. He was so courteous and informative. We feel like we have a competent go to on all our plumbing, heating, and air with Best Care and Michael.

Daniel came out to assist with our furnace was very thorough and expressed concern and empathy from our previous poor experience. Everything was taken care of immediately and professionally. Very pleased with his work!

We had to hire Best Care Plumbing to take a look at our plumbing leak and I’m glad we did! They are prompt, professional and give the “best care” to you just like their name! Highly recommend!! Give them a call!

I can’t recommend Best Care enough! When I called to comment for service, I requested the latest appt possible due to having to work and Jonathan Q came out around 5:30 to look at my furnace and diagnosed it. He determined a new furnace was best and called a project manager and even though it was 7:30-8pm at night Jarred came out and got me situated and scheduled for service asap since colder weather was coming. Installers Aaron and Eduardo came out and completed the job in less than 2 hours and got everything taken care of. This is my 3rd time using this company for home care issues and have had nothing but positive things to say about each person I’ve came into contact with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David Pitts from Best Care of N. Alabama LLC, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. I had an unusual issue with installation instruction paper periodically appearing in my AC vents, and David immediately understood my problem and went straight to work.

David quickly diagnosed my HVAC issue and offered reasonable solutions to fix it. What impressed me most was his thoroughness; he also took the time to check for any additional undetected problems with my AC unit, ensuring everything was in top shape.
