Our AC went out late in the afternoon on 8/19/25 when it was 100 degrees, and my husband called to see if they had a part. I work about 20 minutes away and was not sure if I was going to make it in time to get the part, but they told my husband they would wait for me to arrive. I pulled up right at 4:30 as they were closing up but they stayed to help me with the purchase. Got the part home and it was just what we needed to fix our AC.

Mr. Beers was quick to respond to my request for an appointment. He arrived within 15 minutes of his scheduled arrival time and texted me when he was within 10 minutes of my home. Our blower had gone out on our central unit and he diagnosis and repair the problem in about 2 hours. And we didn't break the bank! Friendly and knowledgeable service. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work!

Beers HVAC is great! Nile’s came out and found a problem with our AC system that 2 other companies had dismissed. He took the time to accurately diagnose the issue rather than guessing and throwing parts at it. Beers HVAC came out to my house on short notice because one of my systems was running nonstop but not cooling down. He was able to diagnose this issue within an hour and correct the issue. He even went above and beyond by figuring out why it actually happened and was able to fix that issue as well. Outstanding costumer service and experienced individual. I want to write a review to magnify the light on how awesome of an experience that I received with Niles through my entire process of resolving my A/C issues and other things discovered in my home. He worked earnestly in some hot conditions and thoroughly explained everything while showing me the findings of my issues. I can attest to what many of the other reviews are saying and whole heartily agree that his work is great quality and honest. Side note - I was definitely inspired by how dedicated he was and it inspired me to also do my best in all that I do no matter the circumstances. OMG, the service that Niles gave the attention to listening to my opinion of what the problem was, and then him diagnosing the problem, searching for the part replacing the part I couldn’t be more thankful!

Niles went over and beyond what I expected. My AC/Heat unit has not had a good cleaning and inspection in a very long time. Niles was very friendly and explained everything he found. Excited to find someone I can call on if I need service with my unit.
