The team from The Clean Air Company was nothing but amazing. After discovering a small mold issue and debris in some of our ducts, Crystal gave such great reassurance on the phone that they would take great care of us. They were able to schedule our appointment earlier than expected. Ken and Luke were knowledgeable, friendly, and did excellent work without any disruption to our family’s daily life. The ducts looked great, house smells great, and we are breathing the cleanest air we’ve had in several years. And the pricing was so much more reasonable than I expected. I would recommend The Clean Air Company with my highest recommendation.

Wow, wow, wow! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jim and Tim in getting my crawlspace looking immaculate and all cleaned out so much so that it may become my new workout room, spare room for the kids (just kidding, kids), or a place of quietness. These guys work hard, efficiently, and are very independent of you, the homeowner. They see you when they arrive, and don't need you again until they have cleaned up, packed up, and saying their goodbyes. I'd let them do another crawlspace if I had another one :)

We had Ken, from The Clean Air Co., out today to inspect and clean our vents. He was very knowledgeable and super thorough too! He took pride in his work and answered all of our many questions. He was very honest and after the inspection determined the areas that didn’t need to be cleaned. We appreciate honesty in a company and we could see they weren’t out to just make a buck, but really deliver what the customer truly needs. I’d give them more than 5 stars if we were able to. Top notch company in every way! Trustworthy, professional, and stand behind their products and services. Crystal scheduled my bi-annual maintenance check of encapsulation & dehumidifier. AJ showed up on time. He did a very thorough inspection of entire crawl space, changed filter and made some adjustments to the pump system. He explained everything in detail. I could not be more impressed with this company. We have lived in Franklin for about 3 years and continue to learn about the differences in the weather (did someone say "humidity"). Much to my dismay, I learned that our home heating and cooling system was pumping moist air into our furnace/AC and creating a playground for bacteria and musky air in our crawlspace and home. I contacted 3 companies to get their opinion on next steps. There was general concurrence on the appropriate remediation (removal of the old system and installation of a de-humidifier), but The Clean Air Co stood out for their overall professionalism, timeliness, follow-up, quality of work and reasonable pricing. From the initial contact and inspection, through final sign off, it was very well orchestrated by the team of very nice people. Oh, and they cleaned my dryer vents while they were at it. A+++. I cannot say enough good things about Clean Air Company. When I bought my home, they remediated the crawl space. Their work was spectacular—detailed, clean, and comprehensive.

The owner, Tim, came over to walk me through the final product, warranty and maintenance. He had no problem crawling under my deck and moving through dirt to show off his team’s work.

18 months later, a historic storm came through Nashville and my yard was under 3ft of water. The new “hatch” to the crawl space that Clean Air Company replaced was so well installed, it sealed most of the water damage and flooding from entering the crawl space, saving me thousands of dollars in cleaning and replacing of duct work.

The responsiveness and customer service of Nate and Kenneth on the team was beyond impressive and they had things cleaned and replaced within days.

It’s tough to find small companies run like this — a breath of fresh air.

I have a tough crawlspace I needed encapsulated. Nate from The Clean Air Co came out to assess. The price was already competitive but I really appreciated the detailed estimate in writing that included the steps that would be taken as well as links to the various materials/equipment that would be used. The various line items were priced out individually which made it very easy to compare other bids and know what I'm paying for.

I opted to have the crawlspace encapsulated as well as insulated (they use a subcontractor for spray foam insulation). I am very happy with the results. They were thorough and after everything was done they came back to clean the plastic one more time which was appreciated! I went from having to wear a full overall with respirator to being able to crawl around in plain clothes and come out clean.
We're hoping we will feel the difference in humidity control and lower energy bills in the winter time!

They encapsulated with a 20 ml liner; added a commercial grade de-humidifier; thoroughly cleaned the duct work after making repairs, etc. They were very detailed, & address all my crawl space concerns. This company is amazing. From the very start with Clean Air, I asked for a quote and I got the email quote but also go a call to answer any questions I had. I wish other companies would do this. But the cleaning guys came out today, they went above and beyond my expectations. From the start to the end I've had nothing but an amazing experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for air duct cleaning. I have just completed my 3rd crawlspace project with them since finding them 5 years ago, first the old 50s house we bought that turned out belonging to cave crickets, then our addition and now my parents. One of few companies that still put people first AND deliver top notch work. A rare find in the trades these days.

The Clean Air Company was recommended by a friend who they had done work for and spoke highly of them. We did our due diligence and also got other prices from other reputable companies. Nathan was our first contact and he did the initial inspection. He is a real pro at what he does and is very experienced for sure. Tim the company owner came and did an inspection both before the work was started and also after all work was completed. We certainly appreciated his customer satisfaction approach and how he runs his business. The field crews lead by Justin and Jacob were very polite and considerate of our home and lawn. They worked diligently and did a great job and did everything they said they would do. I am a very picky person and the whole process from the estimate to systems install to closeout for sure met my expectations. I am pleased to recommend The Clean Air Company!

Ken and his teammate just left after 5 hours of service at our home to clean our HVAC ductwork. Satisfied is not enough for the service they provided. Ken took the time to find the root cause of our issues and gave solution on how to repair it to stop the problem from recurring.
Definitely would have them out again if necessary.

I had a small lake in my crawl space that was corrected by the Clean Air Co team! Sump pump and basin added along with correcting drainage issues on the inside and outside areas around the house foundation. Issue resolved!
