It’s too bad there aren’t 6 stars on this review platform as that is what Leonard and his team really deserve. After my roof took a hit from the intense spring storms in Nashville, I had to figure out how best to navigate the insurance and roof repair space. I knew, though, that Brentwood Roofing was the company for me when Leonard quickly put me at ease and helped me choose both the selections and timing that made sense for me and my home. He was extremely communicative leading up to my service and afterwards, and on service day, his team was prompt, clean and efficient. Repairs started early one morning and were finished by the end of that day, but if I hadn’t been there when they started, I would not have even known they were there as they cleaned their work meticulously. It goes without saying (but I’ll say it anyways) that my roof looks great and operates perfectly, and I offer my wholehearted recommendation of Leonard and Brentwood Roofing if you are in the roof market in the Middle TN area!

Leonard Taylor (owner) made our roof replacement experience simple, easy, and quick. His personal involvement through the entire process was impressive. He thoroughly explained the damage to our roof from a series of storms, guided us through the insurance claim process, and personally oversaw our roof replacement. End to end we were done in approx 3 weeks. Couldn't have gone smoother. I highly recommend Brentwood Roofing and Home Improvement!

I met David and Leonard with Brentwood Roofing and Home Improvement after working with an different company, and my insurance company earlier in the year. I am so thankful that our paths crossed! They came to my house, got on my roof, marked up the roof where there was damage (everywhere), met with the independent adjuster, sent a team of gentlemen out to complete the job in one day, was present during the new installation, AND checked the area surrounding my home for any left over debris after the clean up was complete. This company was absolutely wonderful.

David and Leonard were awesome and handled everything from dealing with my insurance company after another roofing company couldn’t get my roof approved,David met the State Farm adjuster and got on the roof and got the whole roof approved and all i had to pay was my deductible they put an upgraded cerainteed roofing system. I would highly recommend Brentwood Roofing to anyone that has a roofing issue. They will go over and beyond to help you.

Brentwood Roofing will take care of any of your roofing needs! They definitely took care of a couple of issues we had on our roof and it would’ve turned into a bigger problem for sure. David truly had my best interest at heart and went above and beyond—even advocating on my behalf with the insurance adjusters. He was always punctual, clearly explained every step of the process, and never once pressured me to sign anything.

The materials arrived the day before as promised, and the crew was outstanding—fast, efficient, and respectful of my property. What really stood out was David’s dedication; he even came back personally to do a second cleanup after the job was done.

I can’t recommend this amazing local company enough. If you want quality work, clear communication, and a team that genuinely cares—this is who you call!

Ron Rich & Brent Gillaspy were fantastic to work with through the Pre-Sales process. They worked with my Insurance Company directly to ensure that the out-of-pocket cost of the project was minimized. Their crew came in and worked neatly, diligently, and completed the job (including cleanup) earlier than expected.

Of course receiving the final check from the insurance company was slow, but Ron guided me through that process as well and was patient with the "approval process" between the insurance company, mortgage company, and Tridom.

I can't speak high enough for the quality & integrity of this experience!
