Justin Sorrow with Centennial Roofing was our project manager and actually served as a working superintendent on some of the work to make sure everything was finished up properly. He communicated consistently and accurately, was on time and timely with all of the repairs from our storm damage claim. We would welcome Justin back to our home any time.

In addition to roof and gutter and downspout replacement from our storm damage, they replaced a storm damaged trellis, replaced damaged outdoor lighting, repaired stucco damaged by roof replacement, replaced damaged wood and soffit, and repaired gable vents. Everything blends with the house and matches existing finishes. Overall, an excellent job!!

First of all, I am an actual recent customer - although this review may sound like a “ringer” it’s not! My experience with Centennial Roofing replacing my roof and gutters is probably the best I’ve had with any home improvement company. The customer liaisons, Cale and Dori were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The job was done on time, for the price we agree on in advance, and the quality of workmanship is excellent. The hands-on work crew was great! They worked their butts off, they communicated with me as needed, and they cleaned up the site perfectly when the job was completed. Two thumbs up and 5+ stars for Centennial Roofing!

I found out that the shingles used on many houses in our neighborhood were defective, and that the manufacturer was replacing them under their 20 year warranty. My neighbor introduced me to Anthony Maas with Centennial. Anthony inspected my roof, showed me how the shingles were defective, and assisted me in filing a claim with the company.
When the company issued a settlement check, Anthony scheduled an installation date, met with me to choose the new shingle brand and color, and kept me informed throughout the process. He responded to my questions quickly.
The roof replacement took one day. The crew was professional, worked steadily, and respected my property. The next day, Anthony returned so we could walk around the property to check for any problems or damages. Their preparations ensured that none of my roses or other shrubs were harmed, and their clean up was thorough.
I highly recommend Centennial Roofing. They over delivered. They have earned my trust. If I need roofing work again, they will be my first call.

We had our roof replaced by Centennial Roofing recently and would highly recommend using them. They were fantastic throughout the entire process, including working with insurance and making sure everything we needed done was covered and included. Preston made sure we had all of the details and communicated at each step so we knew what to expect. Prior to the new roof going on, we had a leak due to heavy rains and they sent someone out to put a tarp on to make sure we wouldn't have further damage. Great company and great experience!

We worked with Anthony from Centennial Construction to evaluate the potential of a shingle warranty claim. Anthony guided us through the entire process and made it as easy as possible. Our claim was then validated by the shingle manufacturer and we could proceed with installing our new roof. Unrelated to the warranty claim, our home owner's insurance was about to be terminated due to the insurance company exiting the home owners business in Tennessee so we were under the gun to get the new roof installed very quickly in order to meet the requirements of the new insurer. Anthony and Centennial Construction bent over backwards to accommodate our forced schedule and completed the installation with time to spare! We installed new 6 inch gutters at the same time as the new roof - both look great and of the highest quality and workmanship. We highly recommend Anthony and Centennial Roofing as a company and thank them for making a tenuous situation significantly easier to deal with!

Centennial checked roof for hail damage. Justin was real honest and said my 2 year roof does not need replacing and to save an insurance claim unlike two other roofers. He replaced my chimney cap as shown in the before and after pictures. I highly recommend for honesty, price, and responsiveness. Would use again!!!
