He even saved us enough on the repairs that we were able to replace all the gutters. The crews arrived when scheduled, worked quickly, and did an amazing job. Even though my roof was installed over 3 years ago in July 2018, I wanted to give an update on their great customer service. Leonard originally took care of my insurance claim. My roof was installed when scheduled and looks very good. However, I recently noticed a leak over my master bedroom. Even though my roof was installed over 3 years ago, Leonard has been very instrumental in solving my problem. He determined that the leak was coming from my turtle vents, which they removed and replaced with a new ridge vent. Leonard is a very friendly and honest business man. He is completely customer service oriented. Brentwood Roofing is an outstanding company that STANDS BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY.

I am definitely pleased with this company. From start to finish the process was perfect. The owner is so quick to respond and the crew were professional, polite and friendly. They respected our property and cleaned up well afterward. We love our new roof. I have no regrets choosing Brentwood Roofing and Home Improvement. A new roof is an investment so invest wisely!

Brentwood Roofing & Home Improvement replaced our roof in 2021 after some storm related damage. I highly recommend this company if you’re considering any roofing work. Leonard is very professional and responsive and is singularly focused on satisfying the customer. When we received some minor storm related damage to our roof again in 2023, Leonard arrived at my house the same day I called him and repaired the damage without delay. Very professional and responsive company.

This past March 3rd sustained straight line winds up to 90 mph caused shingles to peel off my roof. During the wind storm I called my insurance agent to start the claims process and asked him for any roofers he could recommend. Within a few hours I received a call from Leonard at Brentwood Roofing. Leonard came out to tarp the damaged areas, take pictures for insurance and then handled the claims process. The insurance adjuster came out a few days later to survey the damage. Within a few weeks I had a new roof. Excellent communication and superior workmanship. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. Now that’s customer service!

Leonard was very helpful in getting our insurance claim supportive when our roof suffered from nasty hail damage. From start to finish he was there to handle things with our claim. Our new roof looks great! His crew was in time, efficient and to great care to clean any debris from the tear off of our original roof and during the installation of our new roof. As far as we are concerned they are the best around. And if you need a roof then this is the company to go with whether it's an insurance claim or cash job.

Wow! Easily the best experience working with a company. Leonard (owner) and David (rep) pride themselves on customer service and it shows. The entire process starting with an insurance claim to complete roof install took two weeks. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

We had a couple shingles come loose from the storms we have had lately so I contacted Leonard since they had installed our roof about 3 1/2 years ago. Nothing but great things to say. They were responsive and took care of the shingles right away. Their people have always been very nice and professional. Recommend them highly!

Leonard Taylor and David Jennings of Brentwood Roofing and Home improvement were both outstanding during the entire process. David was quick to point out my roof issues and Leonard confirmed the damage. The most impressive impact was the fact that my insurance company adjuster was stating that I only needed a dozen or so singles repaired. Leonard stated that I had widespread damage. And I was caught in the middle, despite the fact that every time the wind blew hard, more singles blew off my roof. Leonard helped in every way for a 4-month period of time, addressing my issues with the insurance company and making many phone calls on my behalf. He also gave me direction on what I needed to ask for that lead to a second inspection with another adjuster. With that said, the second adjuster approved the roof that day and I had my check to complete the roof the next day. Other roofers would have given up and walked away due to the insurance companies hoops that we were being required to jump through, but not Leonard and David. They both were 100% about the need for a new approved roof and hung in until we exhausted all my options. And for that I am deeply appreciative to both men. Once that occurred, the roof was started and completed in 2 1/2 days and looks beautiful. During the course of the removal and installation, there were a few mishaps with required repairs to one section of gutter and to a gas grill. Leonard brought these issues to my attention and stated he would take care of everything, which he absolutely did with a smile. Leonard could be the most polite and respectful man I have ever met, and the quality of work done was wonderful. We also had other things we needed to get done to the house. Pressure washing, painting, etc... Leonard contacted workers he respected, and these improvements are in the works. I feel very lucky that David stopped by my house to point out my roof damage. These two gentlemen are quality professional individuals, with expert working crews, and genuinely want each customer to be 100% satisfied and they truly strive for this perfection. Thus, why they are both hands on the project. Again, I cannot say enough great things about Brentwood Roofing. I recommend them to anyone I know or don't know.
