Tim, Nate and his whole team did a phenomenal job for my crawlspace encapsulation. There was clear and active communication the whole time. Everything was transparent and clearly documented. I highly recommend the Clean Air Co!

Encapsulation is complete (took 3 days with 3 guys working from approximately 8:30 AM until 6 PM).... Thoroughly impressed by this company and their attention to detail. If I had known it was this nice, I would have had this done years ago.

This company is AMAZING! Every single person from their crew- the owner, the salesman, the installers- was professional and kind. They are VERY thorough. I ask a lot of questions and always go into a job skeptical (because I’ve been burned before), and I was very pleased with their knowledge and service from start to finish. The salesman was very knowledgeable and the owner squeezed us into their very busy schedule due to some mold issues. We had our crawlspace “encapsulated” prior to this new install but it was no where near the quality it should have been comparing it to this one. Highly recommend!

Such a great small business! Did a great job drying, removing mold, and sealing our crawl space, then followed up cleaning our ducts which had never been done. Excellent communication throughout the process and the owner came to inspect the final results himself and make sure we were pleased.

I had the best experience with Jacob and The Clean Air Company. He was punctual, thorough and very honest about the job and what it entailed. I would recommend them and him to anyone. We plan on having them back for our air duct cleaning soon.

Overnight, I went from having no idea there was a problem to wow! This is horrible. After talking to my insurance, I gave The Clean Air CO a call. The price to clean up the mess is not for the faint of heart, but they offered options. Their communication was top notch, service was great and we now have a clean home. I can't say enough good things about this company and their production manager, Kenneth Brown. Kenneth noticed a duct cover hanging precariously from our family room ceiling, 20 feet above the ground. It easily could have fallen on our heads, or the heads of our children or grandchildren, at any time. Not having a step ladder tall enough to reach it, he took it upon himself to rent one from Home Depot, then climbed the ladder and secured the duct cover into place. This was not in the job specs, but Kenneth wanted to make certain that everything was in excellent condition. Did I mention that our ductwork has never been cleaner? Thanks to everyone at The Clean Air Company for their outstanding work! Above and beyond!

If I could post more than 5 stars, I would! The Clean Air Co was professional and personable. They were on time and went out of their way to do an outstanding job! They even fixed the door into our crawl space without being asked. That is only one example of the great job they do and the initiative that they take! Their communication was great and they did what they said, no surprises. They were on time and finished the job when they said they would. The company’s owner came out personally for the final inspection. I recommend them 1000%, without reservations. Absolutely great job! 😀

I can’t say enough good things about The Clean Air Company! They handle the annual maintenance on my dehumidifier, and I recently called about some damp odors in my home. To be clear, these issues were not caused by their service—they actually inherited my crawl space setup from another company.

From the start, the scheduler, Chelsey, was so kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and got a technician (AJ) scheduled quickly. By the next day, AJ was at my house and I was blown away by the level of service.

AJ was incredible—professional, attentive, and thorough. He took notes to make sure nothing was missed, then went down into the crawl space. I asked him to check whether the vapor barrier was sealed to the wall and if the subfloor penetrations were air sealed. About 45 minutes later, he came back with photos of everything he had done: sealing the penetrations and taping the vapor barrier properly.

The best part? When I asked about an invoice, AJ told me it was all included with my annual maintenance plan! I was shocked—in the best way.

I couldn’t be happier with AJ, Chelsey, and The Clean Air Company as a whole. They truly go above and beyond, and I’m grateful to have found them!

I recently worked with The Clean Air Company and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. My project planner, Brian Kestin, handled the initial crawlspace inspection and provided a detailed quote. He patiently answered all my questions, and once we agreed to move forward, things progressed quickly and smoothly.
Within a week, the owner Tim came out for a second inspection and to measure for a new crawlspace door—included at no additional cost. We then scheduled the encapsulation, soda blasting, treatment, dehumidifier installation, and ductwork cleaning.
The crew, led by Matt and Josh, arrived exactly on time and worked over two days. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They clearly understand customer service—they were fantastic to work with. Brian even stopped by on the second day to ensure everything was going perfectly. The ductwork team was very meticulous and thorough as well.
About a week after completion, Tim returned for a final inspection. He found a couple of very small items and immediately arranged for the team to come back and address them. He also dropped off a radon meter so I could confirm readings. The follow-through and commitment to quality were impressive.

From start to finish everything about working with The Clean Air Company was perfect. Their communication was impeccable. I got texts every day indicating their estimated time of arrival. Everyone who came to my home was respectful and trustworthy. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner.

I highly recommend The Clean Air Company. I had a positive experience with them when they recently cleaned the air ducts in my home and fully re-encapsulated my crawlspace. Regarding my crawlspace, they helped me to troubleshoot why my previously, newly encapsulated crawlspace - done by another company - was presenting a major issue. Their recommendations and workmanship took care of that issue and improved on a few other related items.

The Clean Air Co. exceeded my expectations from estimating to the finished job. They took what was a bad situation in our crawl space and made it completely right – even better than right given their recommendations. Their knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness, from everyone we worked with, was exceptional. Very responsive too which I appreciate. The day after the installation was completed, we got 3.5” of rain and the crawlspace was perfect. Really just a great crew of people to work with. We call the 3ft tall space "our wine and cheese room" because it's just THAT well done. NOW, WE KNOW our house is much healthier at the important foundational level, which sets the rest of the house up for better structural durability. Highly recommend. Great communication (emails, phone calls, text messages, photos and videos). Quick and quality work. They terminated a duct line, partially encapsulated the crawl space, installed dehumidifier, installed ventilation fans, radon system, and lights.

I had problems with high humidity in my basement/crawlspace are under by home for several years with water dripping from the floors above. It took me a while to diagnose the problem but thanks to Clean Air and Tim (owner) they were able to determine the cause. I contracted with them to encapsulate the basement and install a dehumidifier. They completed all work in one day and it was done in a super professional manner. They even came back to follow-up and make sure everything was done correctly. I can honestly highly recommend Clean Air Co.!

The Clear Air Co does a great job! I was very impressed throughout the whole process. Crystal was incredibly nice and insightful on the phone and the whole tech team led by Ken did a great job. They were very nice, considerate, and did the job quicker than expected while still being thorough. Would highly recommend, especially since they strive to use non-toxic cleaning supplies.

Tim and his team are OUTSTANDING. I truly recommend the Clean Air Co to anyone having "under the house" issues. This is one of those few companies that set the standard for every other service company.

Multiple visits by everyone involved checking and double checking every aspect of the quote, plan, install, and results. Nate the sales guy was awesome to work with. He took his time and explained every step, every option, and made 5 or 6 revisions to the quote to get it just right. I was blown away by the service before I ever met Tim, the owner.

Once the quote was finalized, Tim came out and reviewed every part of it with me, crawled under the house and inspected each aspect of the install. The owner of the company getting his hands dirty!

Then the install team showed up. Typical TN weather its 15 degrees and snowing. Matt and his crew did an FANTASTIC JOB tearing out 1500sqft of nastyness and then encapsulating the crawlspace.

After the install Tim and his team came out and did a number of inspections, touch ups, and redos to get everything just right. I am really impressed in their quality control process.

I'm blown away by the end-to-end service I received. The end result is amazing (I've crawled down there myself and that install team cares about the quality of the work), our house smells, feels and sounds better. Worth every penny. I'll be recommending them to anyone who will listen.
