Todd replaced my hot water heater and did a fantastic job! He was communicative, prompt, skilled, and trustworthy working at my house. I would not hesitate to call Todd back for future repairs!

Have no clue what kind of A/C work they do but they road rage bad! Whomever drives their van at night is a threat to anyone on the road! Beware!

My husband has severe asthma, and I’ve been unable to cook in our new home because the stove fan didn’t vent outside - it just “filtered” the air and blew it back around, causing my husband to have an asthma attack if he was in the house. Even though it was a smaller job, Rusty and his team fit us in and installed an exterior vent and an hvac air filter to eliminate dust and other allergens in the house, in addition to running two new vents we wanted to add. The guys were courteous and careful, cleaning up afterwards and making sure we were happy with how they left the house. Rusty also advised us on how to repair some small vents on the outside of our house. I highly recommend Rusty and would definitely use him again! *****

Thank you Rusty. I moved into my house 4 years ago and my air has always been an issue. Rusty went above and beyond. He was at my house 5 minutes and new why my AC was not running right. Then he fixed my thermostat. I wish I had met him 4 years ago. He even won over my dog. That’s a miracle alone. Thank you Climatepro!!!

I highly recommend Rusty and his team at Climate Pro. My son was getting married in May. The day before my upstairs unit condenser fan went out. I called another company. They diagnosed the issue but could not get the part from Nashville for two days. Rusty drove to Nashville and picked up the part and placed the motor on the unit. He made sure the unit was cooling the upstairs for my guest coming into town that night. I joked with him that he saved the weekend. This is the type of service you need and expect from any company.

April 8 Climate Pro responded for a service request of refrigerant leak from a heat pump HVAC. At the time loose connections were identified on the line set and tightened. According to the bill the system was pressurized and refilled with refrigerant. It appears that because no drop in pressure was noted with the pressurization there was no leak, assumption was leak. The is no indication of a leak test with a refrigerant leak detector was performed. From research I've done this appears to be an industry standard. Unit was returned to service. Within 2 weeks of use refrigerant had leaked out and unit shut down for protection. Rusty was contacted and promised to reevaluate. The promised date came and went. Multiple attempts at contacting Rusty, by phone and text, went unanswered. A different HVAC company was contacted, they performed a leak test and quickly identified a leak from the "capillary tube". I'm surprised a leak test wasn't performed by Comfort Pro at the April visit.

Bottom line, Rusty was initially very pleasant and friendly. When the leak reoccurred he did not respond to multiple requests for help. Not sure I would ever use his service again.

AC went out in the heat of summer. Made one call to Climate Pro. A tech was on site and the unit was repaired within 2 hours. I could not have been happier with the prompt response and the price was more than reasonable. Climate Pro is definitely our go to!!! Fantastic Service!!!

We had a motor go out in our condenser and we had called a couple HVAC companies before we decided to go with Climate Pro, and I have to say we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Rusty and the guys at Climate Pro we’re amazing and very professional. You can tell they just genuinely want to help people, and they’re not just trying to take your money. I will be calling them for ALL of my future HVAC needs.

Another company had scared us into thinking that we needed a replacement system. We were quoted $8000. I called Climate Pro to ask for a competing quote.

Steve showed up, and within 5 minutes of looking at my system had found a loose connection, and fixed it. Suddenly, my AC was back on and working! He then spent the next hour satisfying my paranoia, looking at all the other "problem areas" the other company had identified, and verifying that they weren't a cause for immediate concern.

Steve was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and generous (he didn't even charge me!). Apparently, he's previously taught on HVAC systems at the college level.

Climate Pro has won my trust, and definitely my future business.
