Amazing customer experience with ClimatePro. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered every other question I asked. A very nice guy with a lot of integrity. When I had the HVAC outage, Steve suggested with a gas valve replacement but didn't charge me and wanted to wait for few days to see if the unit is still functioning properly or needed a replacement, ended up replacing it as it is 16yrs old and got a very reasonable pricing for our split HVAC. The installation was top notch professional with plastic wraps throughout my bedroom to my attic. The old unit was wrapped up in a thick plastic bag and brought down from attic to their van. I can't thank enough for their excellent service. They've got another loyal customer. I would highly recommend ClimatePro for your HVAC needs.

Rusty, Josh and their install team replaced my entire heating pump system including the air handler. I was very impressed and pleased from beginning to end with their service and communication throughout the process. I have used many HVAC companies over the years and couldn't be more pleased with these guys.

My AC went out over the weekend during one of the hottest weeks of the year. I called Climate Pro on Monday morning at 7:30am and Rusty was amazing to chat with! He got a technician named Josh out to my house by 9:30am to fix everything. Not only did Josh quickly find the source of the problem, even when there was no obvious issue at first, but he made sure to show me the problem, give me solutions, and not try to upsell me. I recently moved into the house, and he even pointed out that I had an air filter in the basement that I had no idea existed! Highly recommend this company—they were kind, efficient, and cost effective. Will definitely use them in the future!

Rusty and Josh were both onsite for my hvac replacement. Both are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and not afraid to share that knowledge should you ask for detailed explanations. These guys are the epitome of service.

I can't say how happy I was with Climate Pro. I called asking for some basic help with plumbing and they agreed to come take a look and give me a quote for the fix. It ended up being a simple fix and they went ahead and made the fix on the spot. They were polite, on-time, and so easy to work with. I can't recommend using them enough.

Climate Pro has gone above and beyond my expectations. They recently installed a new unit and moved our duct work from our crawl space to our attic. They also installed a propane line for our gas stove/oven range. They were committed to completing the job and being sure everything was perfect. From installing the new vents, to helping me learn how to use my new propane stove/oven, they were there. When I had questions, they quickly responded. They don't sell. They educate. They do what service companies are meant to do...serve! Professional, kind and honest. Can't say enough!! Best HVAC guys around.

I have been going back to Climatepro and its owner Rusty for the last 2 years for everything related to my HVAC. He has always been the most affordable and is always on time. But last week my Heating stopped working during one of the coldest week this year and Rusty could'nt make it to my house for a couple of days because of scheduling issues. But he was constantly in contact and told me what was going on with his team and they would get there as soon as they could. Though those words will not bring heat to the house, he did something which we cannot expect even from the bigger corporations today. After fixing the unit, he waived off the entire cost of the service (including the parts cost) for the lost time and inconvenience it caused me. Though i tried to convince him, he was not ready at all to accept any payment. This is a kind of person whom I can trust because he demonstrated that he genuinely cared about us and he just earned my business for as long as I live here.

We needed to install a ventilation hood above our gas range, but before doing so, ventilation ducts needed to be added as well as make-up air for the hood. The ducts had to pass through two walls, one of which was a brick wall ~15 ft high (our house is on a hill). Rusty and Josh gave us a very reasonable quote and did an exceptional job. When they arrived at the house, they reviewed multiple options and thought through the pros and cons for each one. Once they decided to go through the walls, they made further considerations as to how the duct would run so it's not noticeable. They did such an amazing job that my mother-in-law didn't notice until a week later! As all Chinese grandmas are, she can be very critical, but she was really impressed. The work took about 3 hours and they left the site well cleaned. Overall I am 120% satisfied with the service provided by Climate Pro. They really proved that they are experts and showed their passion through the service they provided. You will not regret working with them!

I was scrambling to get A/C fixed. Temps soared into the 90’s. Company was coming tomorrow. Heard of ClimatePro thru a friend. Called and w/in 4 hours all was good. Very polite and courteous doing their work. Diagnosed problem quickly, had spare parts for the fix.. very impressed all the way around. The price shocked me, it was actually reasonable! In fact, I tried to tip because I felt I got too good a deal.
House is cool, life is good, and company is happy. Win win win.

Excellent experience. HIGHLY recommend! Our HVAC unit shutdown on a Saturday and Rusty came out the very next day (Sunday) to give us a quote and ended up fixing the unit as well. He was a lifesaver as it was mid August 90+ degrees. He explained everything in detail and was one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We shopped around for quotes to get a new unit and ended up going back to Rusty and the Climate Pro team as they had the best pricing package and proven customer service. They got us on the schedule immediately and the install couldn’t have gone better. Thank you!!

Mr. Kindcaid was very knowledgeable, he didn't let our ac problem get to him. He kept working on the problem until it was fixed. He was very methodical. 10-6-23 Climate Pros was very good in providing our Church information about our new remote thermostat.
