He was very helpful with the whole process. Suggested an alternative plan when we learned what we originally wanted wouldn't work. Explained the entire process and what our options were. Was patient and never made us feel like we had to hurry with our decisions. Was a really nice gentleman at all times.

Nik was well prepared and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain all the components of the shower and how it can be configured. Most chill sales presentation ever. I'm anxious to start installatuon!

I got a brand new shower! I liked the whole process from surveying the job, to the super efficient & fast install to the follow up! Couldn’t recommend them more!

I met with several contractors and these guys really know their stuff. Their product line is top notch. Every part seems designed to work together with it's counterpart for the best end result possible. I want to turn my average house into a beautiful and more energy efficient home. I believe southern industries has the right stuff to help do just that. I'll be honest. It's not cheap, not even close. However, dollar for dollar, it's the best investment. So, if you're like me and you want stuff done right with quality materials, you're going to have to go in expecting it not to be cheap. In the end, the lifetime warranty goes a long way when considering such an investment. I prefer doing business with a company that is willing to stand behind their finished product. I will post with complete honesty again at the end of the project and report how I feel at that point. I feel confident that I will be completely happy.

Dennis was super friendly and helpful. we had wanted windows, siding, gutters, and roofing replaced. for the windows, we just went with replacing the street facing windows, saving the rest of the windows for a later date.

i had the misfortune of picking siding and gutter colours that were discontinued. Dennis was quick to notify me and come out with updated samples from which to pick. fortunately, i was able to pick colours close to what i wanted anyway, so it didn't take too much mulling (they were my backup colours, but picking discontinued colours seems to be my superpower sometimes).

Dennis followed up with us after everything had been installed, letting us know he's ready when we are to proceed with the remaining windows. as long as Southern Industries is still doing windows, they will be our go-to for the remaining windows when we are finally ready to have them replaced :)

I am very satisfied with the work that was done the guys were very nice and clean up after themselves and also cleaned up some of my mess. The did a fabulous job .

Right now all I can comment on is Dennis the sales person. Very professional, very nice, he spent 4 1/2 hours with me explaining and showing me things making suggestions. I have not had the work done yet and I will leave a good honest opinion about the job, which I have faith that is gonna be great!

This was my 3rd project with Southern Home Improvements and just like the last 2 they were great. From the very beginning when they came to show me my options, to letting me have a sample to match paint and finally the order came in earlier thank expected and they had the siding up in less than 4 hours. It looks wonderful and they left the entire area spotless. Thanks Mark Pope for another wonderful southern Home experience.

So helpful measuring my space and helping me with questions about my bathroom remodel. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the services they provide. I recommend you calling them and letting them help you!

I contracted with Southern Industries for a window installation for roughly 15 thousand dollars after the sales team confirmed the new windows would improve insulation and sealing of my home. Within months of the new window installation I began seeing visible mold growth from behind the window trim. Mold remediation companies confirmed this was due to improper sealing and showed me air gaps around the windows behind the trim. The trim was only caulked on the interior where the trim and window meet and nothing was done around where the window was seated in the frame. I am not looking at spending thousands more to remove and replace all trim, clean the surfaces, and appropriately seal around the windows.

I have contacted customer service several times and nothing has been done to resolve the issue or assist me in any way.

I would strongly recommend going a different direction if you are looking for window installation.

As an update clearly the business replied and is attempting to gaslight me by saying they have called me. I spoke with someone a few weeks ago when I reached out. They have left me voicemails before which I receive but I have not gotten a call from them in the last 3-4 weeks. This is obviously some AI response which is just insulting.

Just signed a contract with Dennis Hall, he was very knowledgeable, professional, went through everything about the company and its reputation . Install won’t be for 6 weeks, so I can’t comment on that portion yet.

Nik and Kayla were very efficient professional and thorough in helping me to pick the materials. And in working with me to get this possibility to become a reality.
Although im always afraid of delving into new financial endeavors, the safety aspect of this project was a very important part of the decision process.
They helped me weigh all the pros and cons of what needed to be done and all the intricate details of the project.

I had a walk-in tub removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. The sales presentation was very helpful and informative and all my questions (and more I hadn’t even thought to ask!) were answered. The removal of the existing tub was going to be more complicated and the installation crew thought it would take an extra day. They were so efficient and experienced, that they were able to complete the project in the hoped-for one day. Their cleanup left everything spotless and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you all!

Dennis was such a great help with getting my shower and windows installed. I highly recommend him to help you through your projects. I am very happy with my products. Help / installer are another thing. They don’t communicate well and sometimes not on the ball. However the company bent over backwards to get me the quality products and end results I deserved.

The process was good. I would recommend them! They handle things I feel as a company should.

We signed a contract to have 16 windows replaced today and we are beyond excited! Our sales rep Mr Dennis was very informative and super nice! We love that he brought a sample window to show us exactly what we would be getting. He was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. Super excited for the weeks to come on installation.

Denis was very kind and knowledgeable about his product. The price was fair. The meeting went well. We have a few more estimates to collect. This was our first estimate for our bathroom remodel.

Honestly quite impressed! I've had awful experiences with home improvement contractors before. Their sales visit is pretty long (1.5 hrs) but they do a great job helping you feel confident in their product. We don't need them right now but I will definitely be using them in the future.
