Way over charged my elderly father. Totally took advantage of his senility, and convinced him to sign a contract for $14,000 for a shower that was either fiberglass or plastic!
No granite or marble, just plastic!
It looks beautiful, but shouldn't cost $14,000!
I'm going to report them to APS.

Mr. Dennis Hall was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the product. I was looking for a simple tub to shower conversion and he did not pressure me at all to look at more expensive items. He was able to show me samples of what I wanted.

Great company and products. The only problem at all is the company needa to tell you up front if their requiring 30% down. My project was a large one and the bank will not pay out till the job is complete. Different loans have different rules but the loan I am doing beat suits me and they will not pay a penny till the job is complete.

William was very friendly, professional, and easy going. He answered all questions and told us things we have never thought of. Although we are not moving forward with this project right now William and Southern will be doing the work with some other projects as well in the future. Thank you.

Dennis Hall arrived on time. He was very professional and understood my budget constraints. His presentation was very thorough. He was able to answer all my questions. This is the second company that I have interviewed and I have at least 3 more to go. I will make my decision after all interviews and in consult with my grown children.

Prepare yourself for a sales experience. The man who came to give me a quote was very nice and wanted to be engaging. The sales pitch took way too long including a video I should have politely declined. He then quoted me $5000 to put 70’ of gutters around my small detached 1 car garage that most people refer to as a shed. I always get 3 quotes, the first two were for $990 and $860 so I’m declining this one at even though I’ve been assured they would guarantee their work for as long as I own the house. I could just install brand new gutters 5 times for this price, so I’ll go with another company.

Dennis Hall visited with us twice. We discussed bathroom remodeling and Dennis was wonderful in his discussions with us. We have not finalized the purchase yet so I cannot speak to their work but we feel it is a reputable company and I fully expect we will choose their bathtub and wall replacement services when we are ready.
