These guys deserve 0 stars. THE WORST experience I have ever had with a contractor in 33 years of living. Staring with the quote that was MORE THAN DOUBLE that of Langley roofing, Ben and the owner John were absolute clowns to deal with. The workers who showed up to do the work left nails everywhere for us to step on in the yard as well as in our gutters, that we recently spent $2300 on. The oddest part though, they brought an infant to our house, like its a daycare, and when my partner working from home raised a concern, someone non-business related came to the house to pick it up. Cigarette butts left on our property like its a parking lot, and they "accidentally" took the tarp that was covering our roof. . .which in most places in called theft. Both Ben and John dismissed any and all concerns despite not being present for any of it, and when confronted, turned into prissy little HR twits who act like they've never heard a 4 letter word before. STAY CLEAR and get your quotes before just going with people who are utterly unprofessional and don't do the work themselves.

John the owner of the business came to my residence in a timely and professional manner. He repaired a small area of a shingle that had popped up. He walked the roof and did an inspection and advised me that everything looked good at this time. He also looked at some other objects I needed repaired around the house and gave me some ideas. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I will use him in the future for any repairs on the roof and advise anyone I know to use his company. Did I mention that when I asked how much do I owe you he stated that there would be no charge for that small repair and an inspection. He is very kind very professional and very knowledgeable. Something that is lacking in businesses these days. but I will tell you that John has these attributes. Thank you John !

With all the rain we had recently I got a leak in my roof and John came out immediately and put a cover on and then later came out and did a patch repair excellent price and excellent customer service I would highly recommend using this company in the future

He was on time, extremely professional and nice, but most of all, TRUSTWORTHY. The quote he gave me was affordable. Local Roofers recently replaced my hail damaged roof. It looks great. The crew was on time and extremely hard working. The company worked well with my insurance company. A couple of minor trim issues were reconciled very quickly. John Hall was conscientious in following up when I had any questions. John came in with a competitive quote, and a quick turnaround from estimate to work date. The crew was very efficient, got the job done quickly, and did an excellent job. I was impressed with how tidy the edges were: drip edges and shingle overhang all done appropriately. And they did a great job of sweeping the grounds for debris: leaving the worksite tidy. I have several rentals, and have used other roofers in the past. Having experienced John and his crew, I definitely intend to reach out to them first for my next roofing project.
