Bill and Roy were extremely friendly. They repaired an actively leaking portion. They were quick to assess the source of the problem and they came out the day before a very rainy pattern was going to persist through the next 4 days. Our house is very unique, circular, and built in 1971 - they rapidly relayed information about the status of our roof and the u usual materials that were used originally. Very proficient with insulation data and roof repair. Educational, solution oriented, and communicative with their progress and issues that showed up along the way. Set a towel in the area where the leak was located and after the night’s rain - it was completely dry and no traces of the leak anymore. We will be going back to Langley for our roof replacement.

We had Langley put our roof on last week and we were extremely impressed. They had us scheduled within a week. Roof was replaced in 7 hours. This crew.of roofers.was the hardest working group i have ever seen. They never even stopped to take a break until the job was done and worked together so good as a team. We are very happy with our new roof.

Brandon and Tonio arrived on time both days for our roof repair. They called before coming out and their communication withs us was excellent. They explained what they were repairing, I asked several times, and were very courteous and patient in explaining their procedure to us. With this first rain gone past, there were no leaks. We are very pleased with the team and Langley roofing with their contacts and wanting to please and cooperates with my wife and I. We would definitely hire them again.

First of all, Langley Roofing outbid the quotes from two other companies by a good bit, and they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t ask for.
They communicated really well about the inspection and when they could start the repair. They showed up on time and did a top-quality looking repair of three vents and four leak areas.
I waited a couple of months to give this review because I wanted to see if the leaks really were fixed after several good rainstorms- no leaks!
I’m very satisfied, and when we need a new roof in a few more years, we’ll be calling Langley!

One Day!!! Brand new roof, whole house! Gorgeous black architectural roof. Our foreman, Chas, was so responsive, knowledgeable and quite nice. From beginning to end we had a super experience. And yes, all in one day!

Langley Roofing did an exceptional job on our roof replacement. They were timely, professional, conscientious, efficient, and meticulous with their cleanup. We also had gutter guards installed, which needed a little tweaking, but was handled right away. Josh, and the entire team, have been great to work with. Langley replaced our roof, installed new gutters, and did some exterior repairs. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would. They kept me informed on the progress of the job, All details of the job were written in a contract. The work was done promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

The Langley Roofing signs fail to mention the many other capabilities this great company provides. In the past year, they have replaced our roof, gutters, soffits & fascia with great quality and even greater fair pricing. We also had them repair and replace all the siding in the back of our house and now added a complete deck demolition and re-build including trex decking and upgraded railings. Foundations were all 6x6 and well done. All the work exceeded our expectations and again at very fair pricing. I have nothing negative at all to say but prepare that projects do take longer to complete than visualized but Robert and his crews do not stop until you are completely satisfied sometimes going above and beyond the call of duty. I wish they would add window replacement to their services, ha.

We had a leak and anticipated that we might need a new roof. Langley came to our home and checked everything and determined that we did not need a new roof, but just a few minor things. We had anticipated paying thousands for a new roof and ended up paying an only few hundred dollars. I respect Langley’s prompt attention to come out and check out our roof. I respect that they could have told us we needed a new roof and we would have been none the wiser. So thankful that they were honest and give us just what we needed. If you are looking for an honest company to work with, Langley is the company for you. They have earned our business for any other future roofing needs . Highly recommend!!!

Langley came out when they said they would to quote replacing new roofs on 2 small outbuildings on my property. They were very reasonably priced, had very good communication re date and time they would begin work, and they cleaned up very well after the job was done. The supervisor came back out and inspected the job and the clean up and went over the billing with me. This is my 3rd or 4th job with Langley and I continue to be impressed with their professionalism.

We solicited several quotes for a complete roof replacement and chose Langley based upon the price, material offered and numerous positive online reviews. The Langley team assigned to our job was Giovanni and Julio. Giovanni assessed our roof and provided pricing which was very competitive. He also went out of his way and placed a temporary cover over a leak in the roof to prevent inside water damage until his team could perform the work. Julio was are install lead from start to finish. He kept us informed on work progress and routinely inspected the work to be sure it was done properly and that the site was clean of debris at completion. These two guys made for an exceptional experience with Langley. Great communications, very professional and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend Langley for any type of roof replacement based upon my experience.

I had a piece of fascia hanging off the side of my room, and Langley was super professional and helpful in getting it fixed! They also caught some siding on the roof that needed repair and fixed that as well. Easy to work with, solid communication, and good work.

This was my second experience working with Langley. The first was for a repair several years ago. They came out right away for the repair when other roofers turned me down. So when it was time for a full roof replacement, I called Langley and only Langley. Their crew is great and very hard working! I absolutely love my new roof!
