Giving one star because no stars isn’t an option. I’ve watched rain run down my ceiling and walls three times since problem was diagnosed about 6 weeks ago. Have been cancelled 4 or 5 times now, with hard rain coming in again tonight. Will find someone else who shows up when they say they are going to. Terrible customer service. Was supposed to have been repaired yesterday (after cancelling/rescheduling several times) - no call, no show. Nothing. My first ever bad review.

Wish I could post a picture of the mold and mildew on my living room ceiling from where they 1) supposedly professionally replaced my roof after a wind event and 2) from where they said they would show up after they once came to fix around my chimney making it 10x worse. They threw tar and a flashing that stands out really ugly. Very personable but apparently a smoke screen. I have another roofing company coming to fix their mess this week.
I’d like to send them the $1600 bill I’ll be paying to fix where they threw tar on my roof instead of fixing a problem and then just ignoring my calls to come back. And now I have to hire someone to fix the interior issues do it’ll be way beyond $1600. Praying it’s not black mold cause it’ll be in court.
Truly they don’t care.
Save yourself the money. This is now going to BBB.Use someone else. I cannot fathom why for years I heard they were so great but apparently since they are no longer on Signal Mtn, they don’t care.. And, other roofing companies have heard this! They can take this down but until they contact me I’ll put it back up because I don’t want others to experience this. It’s costing me a fortune and now I have mold in my attic.

Would not recommend working an outage with this company. They've yet to pay me for 28 hours of class, travel time, etc. because I was injured on the job (which they failed to report). I breathed in glass insulation soaked in hazardous paper plant chemical residue, spray paint fumes, pipe rust dust, pipe paint, etc. while grinding pipes and performing layout for NDT Ultrasonic testing due to not being provided a proper respirator & better safety practices. I was in a confined space for hours with can after can of spray paint fumes. Due to the relentless migraine it caused, lung and nasal passage issues, nose bleeding, and coughing up phlegm with paint and insulation in it I HAD to leave for the safety and betterment of my health. Because of my departure due to injury they are refusing to cover what I'm owed. I did report this incident to OSHA and will carry on with the BBB, Dept of Labor, etc.. Sad, for someone to be treated so poorly. The owner and supervisors didn't even bother to check on my wellbeing post work injury.
