We had a wonderful experience with this inspection company during our home purchase in Chattanooga. From the very beginning, the professionalism and communication from the main office were excellent. Scheduling was smooth, responses were timely, and we always felt informed throughout the process.

A special thank you to Sierra, who conducted our inspection. She did an outstanding job. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain her findings clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and care. We walked away feeling confident and well equipped to move reminded of just how valuable a great inspector can be.

Matt came out to my new build in Dunlap to do a pre-drywall inspection. He was very friendly and took the time to explain his process and any issues/suggestions he had for the report. He was on time, very thorough, and provided the report the same day. Overall, this was a good experience, and I look forward to him coming back for the final home inspection when we're ready. Also, the price for the inspection was very reasonable and within the average range for these types of inspections.

I had the best experience with this team. Lindsey set up the inspection and was so knowledgeable. I had some concerns because I was purchasing a home built in 1928. She offered me a bundle price, great price to get everything inspected so I could really know what I was getting into. Matt Williams came out to do the inspection and he was so practical, thoughtful, thorough. I was really surprised how much work and testing he did for the price. There were a few questions I had about the inspection and Matt immediately had specialists come in to answer my questions. This inspection gave me so much peace of mind moving forward with this house. For their price, customer service, you can't go wrong with this team! Thank YOU Matt and Lindsey!

Scott, Colby and Trent were great! They walked me through my entire home and thoroughly pointed out each issue (minor and major) and explained how to remedy each situation. They even did a sample radon test just as a precaution. I received an email with the sewer scope and full inspection report shortly after they completed their inspection. I would highly recommend this team if you're in need of a home inspection!

Don’t bother calling and talking to their useless computer system.

Each time I have visited this particular Home Depot, I have received assistance above and beyond the normal call of duty. Hats off to the staff at this store. Truly, a sincere thanks to all the employees there.

On Black Friday (my first time every shopping a Black Friday) I purchased laminate flooring from Home Depot. . at the time I purchased it they told me about a special install price $497 for under 1,000 feet. I had a guy so I wanted to check with him first since he had already done work for my family. The holidays came and went. I went to Gunbarrell Home Depot on January 28 (the last day of the special) to purchase the install for $497. HOWEVER, I was told now that I even though the special install price had been extended I was not eligible to purchase it because you had to buy flooring for at least $1.99 sf. SO, why did they offer it to me when I purchased it (and also on subsequent phone conversations with their flooring department...no one EVER said a word about that detail). NOW I AM TOLD THAT THE 500 SF I WANT TO GET INSTALLED WITH COST ME $2.00 A SF WHICH WOULD COST ME $1,000 (NOT $497)!

THAT'S WHAT I CALL A BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY KNEW WHEN I PURCHASED BY FLOORING WHAT I PAID FOR IT. SO, WHY DID THEY TELL ME WHEN I PURCHASED IT THAT I COULD GET THAT INSTALL SPECIAL?

Not happy with Home Depot.

Waited for 20 min to get someone to get an item out of overhead that wasn't on the shelf. 6 employees passed us and never spoke nor made eye contact. A guy from Home Services walked by and asked my girl if she needed help ( I was in the aisle she was in the main aisle so you know how that is, "gotta help a good looking chick when she appears to be alone" and u could see it when they turn the corner and he finds out we a couple, could almost hear the "damn knew I should of kept walking" expression" lol). Love Home Depot (that's why u getting a 3 not a 2), just not this one, sorry but u guys failed miserably. 😕

I would not recommend this company for any heating and air because they rip my father-in-law. They didn’t even connect the heating upstairs in the attic. We’re paying a $600 light bill just because they wanted to not do their job correctly. Ripping old people off is ridiculous

We had a guy named Eric . But he was really nice . I have more to say . But I don't have time . I got to help my father-in-law Mr House since he had a whole right shoulder replacement surgery on October 31 , 2022 . But any way the guy was very nice and very friendly and very helpful . I gave you all a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
