Leak discovered under kitchen sink. Water valve was leaking and could not shut off. Called to get help, said he had no one available till Thursday. Asked to make appointment for Thursday and he says he's too busy to make an appointment. Wants me to call Thursday and he will let me know if he can squeeze me in.

Previously called about three weeks ago for a clogged shower drain and never got a call back. These guys are simply not interested in working.

Flaky & aloof. Called to schedule appointment, receptionist said they would call back the following business day. Didn't get a call, didn't get a vmail, nothing. Over a week later, I get a random business card stuck to my door saying they need in. They have no consideration for other ppl's time except theirs. Didn't leave an invoice. Didn't leave at least a note what they did. All they left was a mess (After they allegedly fixed the leak, which they thought was coming from somewhere else origanally).

Bill and Todd do a ton of work for me. No job is too big or small and they're always pleasent to deal with.

Called this company after trying to reach other ones. The friendly voice took my name and number and I received a call from the tech within 20 mins. He came by our house and got the ball rolling within a few hours. Friendly professional and knowledgeable tech. Highly recommend this company.

Sorry, I do not have photos to show,but Todd was a life saver this last time...it was new years old, I had who will soon to be my step grandkids over and the probable was fixed in 30 minutes. The fist time I had him over was may 6 months ago problem fixed in 10 monutes.

Had these guys recommended by retired plumber. My connection from house came loose from meter. Called these guys and they were at my home in 45 minutes. The tech named Joe was fantastic and knocked the repair out in less than one hour. Very personable and overall great guy. Would highly recommend these folks as their rates are very reasonable as well.

I tried to remove a clog at one of the wash bowls in one of my Hair Salons. I failed but the team at Water Works quickly, successfully and at what I think was a great price. Thank you Todd and the Water Works team!!

I called Waterworks about a problem with my hot water. Todd was able to diagnose the situation effectively and in a timely manner. I will recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Called Water Works Plumbing to come out and locate and unplug a clog. He showed up and stated he did not have a lot of his tools with him. He unbolted my toilet and then said he would have to come back with a camera to scope it out. He did not snake the drain but charged me $235 and said he would be back in two days to fix the problem. He was at my house for less than 30 minutes. Water Works Plumbing was a no-show and when I tried to contact them, I got no response. Left several messages with no response. They took my money and ran. They even left my toilet to the side (not reattached). I had to get another plumber who within 15 minutes had my line cleaned (snaked) and reinstalled my toilet. They replied to me "There is no charge. I am so sorry a fellow plumber screwed you over."

Any time I’ve called Todd and his crew the job is done quickly and completely. I never call anyone else for plumbing. Never will. Thank you Water Works.

Very throughout and professional, they provides a lot of photos on things that is matter and willing to go the extra miles to give customers a better understanding of what they are buying. Will answer all of your question ls and give you recommendations on how to fix your house problem. Highly recommended, worth every penny.
