I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Approximately two years ago, I had epoxy flooring installed in my new commercial space. Within two weeks of installation, the floors began bubbling and peeling. I promptly contacted the company as well as my contractor to address the issue. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, I was told the only option was to have the floors redone at a “discounted” rate rather than having the defective installation corrected.

As a business owner, this has had significant consequences. I have been forced to shut down rooms due to the unsafe flooring, resulting in lost revenue. Additionally, we had a client trip over the areas where the floor had peeled up — a situation that should never have occurred had the installation been done properly.

I understand that issues can arise in construction projects, but what matters most is how a company stands behind its work. In this case, I did not feel that responsibility was taken or that a fair resolution was offered.

I hope this review encourages better quality control and accountability moving forward.

Great company, they have competed work for us on over 150+ projects and they are the only roofer in town that we trust to provide a leak free installation.

Absolutely terrible. Do not hire this this guy. We even went and picked up the drywall, put it in the house for him! His workers showed up and left the day they were supposed to hang the drywall. Chavez stated he didn't not have his workers shake the drywall out and put the drywall in each room. ot is sitting in the living room. Do not hire him, he will screw you over after coming to our house multiple times and giving us a quote amd leaving on start day. Do NO HIRE HIM, HE WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING... pun intended!!!

Chavez M Drywall LLC, to respond, yes and we talked about every bit of this and you gave us a quote. You stated if your workers had to carry the drywall onto the 2nd floor, there would be an extra fee. We offered to send men to carry the drywall upstairs, we just needed you to advise them on how many sheets needed to go into each room. We also have a different drywall for the fire wall. So, yes, we DID talk about extra costs! We did talk about total costs!

We did have everything figured out and you refused to do a job that you have quoted.

If you and you're men are too lazy to do a larger job, just say so because labor and extra money were both offered.

We even offered to let you use OUR SCISSOR LIFT so you didn't have to bring in scaffolding.

We needed two areas of drywall repaired after a plumbing leak. They were on-time and did an excellent job, even with a tricky issue caused by the plumbing repair. The repairman was friendly and fast.
I would definitely use this company again.

Pretty mediocre work in my opinion. They missed several spot on the ceiling when painting and had to come back. They missed a few spots even after returning. They also left paint platter on my floors. They did do a good job on the sheet rock work and were able to come out quickly. Very nice on the phone.

Installed backsplash in the kitchen Very timely. Stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. I would definitely recommend this business.

I had Chavez do a roof for me and soffit and fascia. They did a great job on everything! They cleaned up well and did excellent work. Look at the attention to detail on the counterflashing on the chimney.

Mynor and his crew did an excellent job on our tile. They tiled a shower, a tub, and four floors. Some unexpected problems arise and they took care of everything. I would definitely my use Chavez drywall again.
