I hired Embark for a full-scale home remodel/update on my mother's house. They were professional, prompt, and communicative. The work was top-notch. I would definitely hire them again for projects of any size.

Embark recently completed a project involving a number of different trades and focal points in my home. Carpentry, Electrical Work, Tile Work, Painting, etc. and did an excellent job for me. Danny, Al and Michael - as well as all of the other involved parties that they brought in - were not only very skilled in what they each did, but were also very pleasant/courteous and conscientious in how they went about it. I was very pleased with the outcome, feeling very satisfied with what was done. I will also mention that even when some changes or challenges presented themselves during the process - they were very good with helping me understand alternatives and assisting everyone involved with getting them addressed and us all to a good solution. I would definitely use Embark again.

For years, Mike Kuebler and Embark have been my "go to " contractor for many different projects. I have found that Embark is one of the very best at "value engineering" without sacrificing the high quality that I require for my projects.They are innovative, highly motivated and they staff each project with professionals. During are renovation the embark employees were respectful and courteous. They did their best to not interrupt our home schooling. The carpenters are amazing gentlemen and did very skilled. We had a small electrical issue a couple weeks after completion and they were happy to return and replace the problem.

They came out to give a kitchen reno and plumbing replacement quote. While the man who came out was very nice and walked me through everything as well as took many measurements, we never actually received a quote from them. I reached out twice since then but never received a response and ultimately never received a quote (it’s been about 3 months). I know they are an incredibly busy business, but it definitely put a bad taste in our mouths.

Edit: looks like wires got crossed and they ended up with incorrect contact information. They reached out and apologized and provided the quote.

Embark did a beautiful, professional job on our bathroom remodel. They are not just experts in their field, but also genuinely good people who felt more like family by the end of our project. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

I always hate leaving bad reviews but it’s just astounding to me how a company can be so bad at communicating with prospective customers. I initially reached out to Embark for an estimate on several home renovation projects we need to get done. A nice man named Jonathan came out to our house and took all the measurements. He said he’d be in touch in about a week to give me a quote. That was months ago and I never heard anything back. I called and emailed the company and received silence in return. Put a bad taste in my mouth for this company.

If you're looking for a responsive business that returns your calls and follows up with answers to your questions, then this one is NOT it. My partner and I have been needing work done on our front door because it's falling off from the rest of the wall and frame. We both called Embark on multiple occasions to set up a consultation, and it was such a hassle to get someone to pick up the phone. When someone did pick up the phone, we were told over and over again that someone would give us a call back to set a date for the consultation and no one ever did. It was only after my partner and I kept calling and expressed our disappointment at the lack of quality customer service that someone actually returned our call. When a person finally showed up to take a look at our door, they told us we'd receive a quote within a matter of days. It has since been over a month and we have yet to receive any kind of follow up from Embark. Meanwhile, our door problem continues to get worse. We've tried giving the company the benefit of the doubt given that we just got through the holidays, but this whole process with us reaching out and trying to set up a consultation and get a quote has been going on since the fall of 2022. I really hate that this has been our experience. My hope is that if they keep track of their reviews they'll finally take cases like ours seriously.

I could go on and on, but we are so glad we used Embark for our total kitchen remodel! We’ve used a cheaper remodeling company in the past but had to deal with unsatisfactory work, bad attitudes and them just cutting corners and not doing what we asked. Not so with Embark!! From the planning stages with Jonathan, to the very last detail, Embark aims to please. We want to thank Dan, Jonathan, Trish, James, Jim,Jimmy, Dakota, Gabe, Josh, Chris, Gizmo and all the others I can’t remember right now, for making our beautiful kitchen dream come true! Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone!!

The crew can do everything from plumbing to electrical, soup to nuts. And they do an Awesome job. Everyone really knows what they're doing at this company and stuff is scheduled Quick. There's a reason they have such great reviews. If you're building or just need handyman work, call them.

We had a kitchen remodel performed by Embark. We were impressed during the planning phase with the fact they took the time to collaborate us with us during every step of the renovation. They took our ideas and made suggestions that ended up with a superior design.
At the end of the project we were also very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. We will certainly use Embark Project Services again for our future projects.

I have used Embark on 3 separate occasions and have been extremely happy every time. My latest project included a room addition, hardwood flooring, new vinyl siding, new HVAC and a screened-in deck. All look great! Their crews are very professional and the office staff made making payments easy.
