Pickett did a great job helping me bring my dream kitchen to life! Pickett helped with framing, drywall, cabinet installation, applicable installation, painting, and even corrected some of the plumbing. They were able to stay within my budget and give me peace of mind. I was concerned, since the house was built in 1925 and therefore out of plumb the cabinets and door would be an issue, they did a great job and cabinets look awesome. They were responsive and always were on the job site when they said they would be.

I have tried to have them come out 3 times to give an estimate, two times they scheduled but didn't show up. I have no idea about their products. I have stopped trying.

We had a tile shower torn out and a handicap accesable solid surface shower installed with shelves, fold up teak bench, grab bars and hand held shower. It took 2 days. We are very pleased with everyone envolved.

If you are in need of a bathroom redo, I highly recommend Five Star. They do great work! I could not be happier with the outcome. The guys were so nice and tried to be as quiet as possible. They cleaned up after themselves. They arrived when they said they would. Give them a call…You won’t be sorry!

The guys that did my shower conversion were excellent. I couldn’t be happier. Quality workmanship, courteous, they clean up the house very well each day. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for any other project.

Great customer service! Christine came out to give us a quote and was early getting to the appointment. She was also very kind, patient, and courteous. Christine was able to take some quick measurements, give me a quote, and provide a photo of how the project would look, all within the timespan of my appointment. I am very HAPPY with my shower. I waited a long time to update our tub area due to cost. The sales team was amazing from the first word. The gentlemen that did the install were amazing. Everyone was very professional and respectful. To our surprise the company president came to our house to check the install and personally speak with us. Our experience has been superior.

What a wonderful experience with this group! From the Sales team to Management to their Installers - simply top notch! They listened to our needs and concerns and met every one! Their focus on the customer is unmatched. The installers were on time, professional, courteous and sought our feedback along the way to ensure our expectations were met. The products used are high quality and look wonderful. The installers did an excellent job of making sure everything was installed perfectly and had to work around some of our plumbing issues - they were amazing. The end result - beautiful (see pic). We love how the job turned out and we highly recommend this group. Fantastic!

Five star did a great job converting our old tub to a shower. Their price was lower than a competitor. Sara was very knowledgeable about the process and helped us pick colors and accessories. William showed up when scheduled and did a fantastic job. Five Star was the right choice!

It was supposed to be 3 days max to install. Then it went to 4, 5 possibly. They "didn't have the parts" we need. We "MAY" be done THIS WEEK. Seriously? A company from CHATANOOGA should not be servicing NASHVILLE. They "keep their parts in a storage shed" the worker told me. They are MILES away from where we are living and gave a HUGE bid and I am sure are charging for all the travel and every expense and I would NEVER hire them again.

Son of an Irishman brings an extremely high level of professionalism to residential remodels. I'm very impressed with their work and also the management and communication.

Save your time. Julian is not a man of his word. Talks a good talk and then never contacts you back. Why did he even bother coming to my home and wasting his time and mine?
